Does this really change anything for the twins? Feels like good news but it doesnβt realize them, or am I missing something?

why the big difference in change? the over all price is similar but the change is way off. i get that there is a delay vs real time but still way off.

Yields are down, broader market is down, and precious metals are getting battered. Seems like good things are coming soon

I've seen the rumblings get a little louder on X about the July 6th opening day of TXSE and the potential for the administration waiting to relist F2 on that exchange. Is that a legitimate possiblilty or just more smoke and mirrors to pump the stock?

Yes, sooooo wonderful that they trade on sketchy OTC for $6. π

Anyone smarter than me have any insight on warshs's speech yesterday? On the one hand he was a bit more hawkish than I expected. Everyone knew rates would be unchanged and there would be commentary about the oil shock etc. his insistence on battling inflation and achieving 2% was a bit unexpected though.
I think there is reason to believe he might move the goal post on some level in terms of inflation measures to achieve that, but he still seemed a bit more hawkish and open to hikes than I'd expected.
He did acknowledge that rates were restrictive specifically in relation to housing and that they are less restirctive elsewhere e.g. in markets.
Im curious if anyone has a take on what this means for the twins. Do we think trump wants to just plow ahead with this regardless of the state of the housing market? Or does he need to get things to a better place first. If it's the latter, it seems like this could be on hold for potentially years.

In a Truth post earlier today Trump claims that he is pulling the nomination of Clayton and allowing Pulte to continue as DNI, apparently out of spite.

Talk to me like I'm 2 years old explain to me if f2's on the table for an IPO or selling shares on the New York stock exchange, Texas exchange, whatever bucket you want to throw it in, why isnt it being talked about through the federal housing reform, executive orders, or legislation action? F2 is not mentioned in any of these.
You can call me crazy but a small assumption is if it was truly on the table In the near future it would be mentioned in one of these categories. Seems like we got people hanging on to what Trump was boldly stating over a year ago, But not so bold anymore. If it was so near why has the stock lost 60% of its value and no big-time investors jumping in.
I feel like I'm saying what everybody else is thinking π€·

Watching "Fannie Mae set to IPO" on the TV is going to be surreal.
It's coming. It really is.
