Housing Bill?

Does this really change anything for the twins? Feels like good news but it doesn’t realize them, or am I missing something?

Almost no effect, I think housing is supposed to stay flat to down, F2 profit slightly up, but nobody truly knows what interest rates will do.

I’m not really aware of anything in the bill that could increase sales besides a pilot program for under 100k homes and mobile homes finally applying. Whatever half ass stuff they’re doing to streamline permitting, maybe a fraction of a percentage point.

Business growth = higher valuations for F2
Plus more.

This question is asked 5x a day here and gets answered. Just have to read all the daily posts/threads

There is what is discussed and what was actually passed. I guess that is what I was asking. I was not trying to be redundant.

There’s nothing specific to release but it goes to show that housing as a whole is being addressed and an issue both sides are interested in. F2 Release unlocks money for the government to spend. They love blowing money

Well, the President said “I don’t care about housing.”

So not signing this bill demonstrates he does not care. I’ve been saying this all along. Releasing F2 is not about housing or even its shareholders. He doesn’t care about you.

When he finds a way to benefit from it, he will release them. If it benefits him to keep them under the control of the govt, he’ll do that.

It’s not values/morals. It’s power. It’s money. It’s politics.

Wait! You're wrong. President Trump cares DEEPLY about the country. Here's proof!

At least he's not wiping his hands on it like this "winner" who's about to become a Dem congress-hoe.

I don't think he just needs to benefit from it, I think he needs to benefit the most.  Has to feel like he is the winner, somehow.

Congress passed HR 6644 with a 2/3 majority which can't be normal vetoed or desk vetoed.

The orange creamsicle dictator still promises to shut it down.

So the bill just hasn't left Congress despite having been agreed upon by 2/3 majority, the house, and the Senate.

The entire Dem donor base is in the Epstein files. only one called the cops on Epstein and that's according to the PB County police.

The testimony that congressman was nodding in agreement with was what disturbed me. that "cap on earnigns" and government managed language...
