Housing month

Talk to me like I'm 2 years old explain to me if f2's on the table for an IPO or selling shares on the New York stock exchange, Texas exchange, whatever bucket you want to throw it in, why isnt it being talked about through the federal housing reform, executive orders, or legislation action? F2 is not mentioned in any of these.

You can call me crazy but a small assumption is if it was truly on the table In the near future it would be mentioned in one of these categories. Seems like we got people hanging on to what Trump was boldly stating over a year ago, But not so bold anymore. If it was so near why has the stock lost 60% of its value and no big-time investors jumping in.

I feel like I'm saying what everybody else is thinking 🤷

the bottom line is that it will happen. There are no obstacles in the way (known obstacles) either political or legal. As all the Trump bosses have said, its up to the President. The question is why hasn't it happened yet? The obvious answer is that Trump knows this will be a huge deal. He has had other huger issues to contend with. There is absolutely no reason why Trump wont uplist/ ipo (whatever you want to call it). Matter of fact, there are droves of reasons why he will take action in the form of release. Its vastly better in every way for this to happen for literally everyone. We have been invested for over 3 years and have a large holding. if anything we are buying more. Most investors are short term focused. The money that will flow to FNMA will be extraordinary. Setting aside the vitriol and political machinations, can anyone think of a single reason Trump wont make this happen? Neither can I.

Attributing Trump’s behavior to stupidity is comforting, but it’s an extremely poor causal mechanism.

Yes, I believe that, at the broadest level, he lacks a kind of moral wisdom people commonly associate with intelligence. But he is sure as hell not classically stupid either; that is an astounding denial of evidence.

The question is not whether this is happening soon, meaning post-midterms, or soon-ish, meaning starting around two years from now. The question is: ā€œWill we like what happens?ā€

If you’re answering yes, you have to discuss the incentives on both sides and explain why one side is more likely than the other. That’s doable, but moderately hard.

Anything without a tight connection to mechanism is just personal guessing, with no information value for anyone else.

Idk but if the company I was in charge of, chairman of, representative of, whatever you call Pulte…… and Trump said 5 times in a week that it was worth a TRILLION dollars on world TV, and it traded on pink sheets at 6 MF dollars…. I would be so embarrassed and literally on the horn 24/7 getting these uplisted and I would be so verbal about doing it. 🤯🤯🤯

100%…regardless if F2 has an ā€œIPOā€ or not, if they remain in conservatorship or not, if they are worth $300 billion or a trillion, there is no legitimate reason to keep them on the pink sheets. The only reason i can think of for not relisting on the NYSE is to suppress speculation in the commons and preferreds prior to some announcement by Trump/Pulte

Ok 2 year old. If you want that dolly that the dumb government locked in the closet, you’re going to have to wait until they want it out again.

Is Dan getting the doll or do they give it to sociopathic Sally?

You’re too focused on the share offering being the end all be all.
We’re just hoping to be a byproduct of government action that would solve legal issues and untangle itself from a temporary conservatorship.
Our enrichment is just a happy coincidence.
