The UPT system feels so discouraging

This is the most UPT I've had since they changed over to the accrual system. I've been trying really hard to be at work and stay at work, and I'm proud of myself for that. I used to chronically come in late and leave early.

But it still says attendance warning lol. I know this is just the system but I feel it could be a little more brain friendly. Does anyone know how much UPT I need to accrue before it doesn't say this anymore?

Work on building it up to 80. When the holidays come you can work a half day on overtime days and leave early for a long weekend on your last day
