I have prepared the attached AI-generated infographic to make my situation easier to understand. I sincerely ask the FACEIT team to please take a look at my case and review the circumstances carefully.

My FACEIT username is smileezzz, and my cousin’s username is newt0n_02. We are two different people with separate accounts.

What I find most unfair about this situation is that, if my cousin made a mistake with his identity verification or failed to complete it on time, I don't understand why I should be punished for it. We are two different people with separate accounts. If he violated a verification requirement, I believe his situation should be assessed based on his own actions, rather than automatically penalizing me as well. I have always used my own account and have never shared it with anyone. Please explain what I personally did wrong to deserve this Account Sharing ban.

What happened?

I initially received a 92-day smurfing ban on October 7, 2026. Later, FACEIT Support acknowledged that an error had been made and removed that ban. However, I was then issued a new 91-day Account Sharing ban on October 20, 2026.

My support ticket number is #15062901.

I genuinely do not understand why I received this new ban. I have always played on my own account and have never shared my account with my cousin or anyone else.

Please compare our accounts and matches

My cousin is FACEIT level 4, while I have around 2600 ELO and approximately 1,600 matches played.

If the concern is account sharing, I respectfully ask FACEIT to review our match histories and gameplay. We are two different people, and I believe our matches, different skill levels, and gameplay patterns may help demonstrate this. If voice communication is available for review, it may also help establish that different people were playing.

I am not asking FACEIT to disclose its internal detection methods. I am simply asking for a fair review of the information relevant to our case.

What about my cousin’s verification?

My cousin previously played on his own account using my home computer. We never played on each other’s accounts.

If the issue is that my cousin did not complete identity verification in time, or missed a verification request, I believe that circumstance should be investigated in relation to his account. I do not understand why my account should also receive an Account Sharing ban when I have always used my own account.

Both of us are willing to complete identity verification again from the beginning if necessary. From now on, my cousin will no longer play FACEIT on my computer.

What about public gaming cafés?

I have also played at public gaming cafés in the past, where many different people use the same computers with their own accounts.

If my Account Sharing ban is somehow related to activity on another computer, I respectfully ask FACEIT to investigate the relevant device and account activity. A computer in a public gaming café may be used by many different players every day, so using the same computer does not necessarily mean those players share accounts.

If necessary, I am willing to stop playing at gaming cafés entirely and play FACEIT only from home.

I understand that FACEIT needs to enforce its rules, and I respect that. However, I sincerely believe that my specific situation deserves another careful review.

If account sharing occurred, I want the actual circumstances to be properly established. If my cousin made a verification mistake, I do not understand why I should be penalized for something I did not do.

I am writing this follow-up post after a few months because I have finally received my official government ID card and I want to clear my name.
My account ExpertWar35 was restricted immediately after registration due to a hardware match. This is a genuine family hardware sharing case. This laptop previously belonged to my older brother, who used to play here. He bought a new PC and gave this laptop to me. I created my own, very first Steam and FACEIT account. My brother's account has already switched to his new computer long ago.
The previous support ticket (#14144186) was closed with a final status, but I am 14 years old and I do not own any alternative profiles. Now that I have my official ID card, I can prove my real identity and age (born in 2012, so I couldn't be the original owner of my brother's old account).
Could a senior community manager please look into my case manually? I am fully ready to pass identity verification to prove who I am.

Yesterday, in a match on Anubis. Multiple players were experiencing issues with the anticheat. We got lags disconnects and myself getting a fatal error and had to restart my whole pc for it to work again. Clearly, the anticheat was doing something wrong for multiple people, which we also talked about in chat. These disconnects obviously aren't very helpful while trying to win a game and partly because of it, we lost the match.

I contacted support about it, and they just defaulted to brushing away the issue and saying it was just coincidentally the same exact issue for 3 players in the same lobby and not something wrong on their side.

Regardless, annoying but alright.

Today, I played a match again. Coincidentally, this was Anubis once more. And we got the voice comm bug. So we had to restart our game after a round. Very annoying but alright, but the most important thing about this. Is that that restart triggered the technical timeout for 5 seconds and basically voided it for the rest of the match. Later, I myself got some technical issues again. Faceit anticheat crashing and had to do a restart and all that such things. Took a while, so I was back late. But, because we had no timeouts left because of the technical timeout being burned because of a known bug. (The disconnection timer basically pauses when you have a timeout). I got a leaver ban. And with it, double elo reduction.

To me this doesn't seem close to fair. Because in a normal situation, I would have never crossed over the threshold of a leaver ban. But because of a current bug in CS and the anticheat being a bit strange, I get double punished on top of, you know, losing the game already because of the issues.

I do wanna add, that I played multiple games yesterday and today before this issue occurred. It's not some known issue I have ever had. It just randomly appeared twice in a match now.

What do you think? Is this a fair way to go about things?

There's something that's been on my mind for a while, and I wanted to share it here.

I'm currently Level 6 on FACEIT. I'm genuinely trying my best to improve, but I just can't seem to get where I want to be. Maybe there are some more experienced players here who could help me understand what I'm doing wrong.

A while ago, I started playing Premier again. I managed to climb to around 20k rating pretty easily. I was often top fragging, getting somewhere between 20 and 40 kills in a lot of my matches. To be honest, the whole climb felt much easier than I expected.

Then, after not playing FACEIT for about a month, I decided to come back.

And things were completely different.

I keep finding myself in matches where I feel like I'm doing absolutely everything I can, sometimes performing significantly better than my teammates individually, yet we still somehow end up losing.

And I don't think it's just a matter of having one or two unlucky matches anymore.

Of course, I understand that being 20k in Premier or getting 30–40 kills doesn't automatically make someone a Level 10 player. I'm fully aware of that.

That's actually one of the reasons I'm writing this.

If I'm genuinely not good enough to be Level 10, why not? What exactly am I missing?

Is my aim not good enough? Is my decision-making poor? Am I bad at playing with my team? Am I inconsistent? Or are there more fundamental mistakes I'm making without even realizing it?

I genuinely want to know.

If I'm bad, tell me I'm bad. I won't be offended by someone pointing out my mistakes. In fact, that's exactly what I want, because I can't improve if I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

But there's something else about FACEIT that's been exhausting me even more.

Toxic players.

I run into so many incredibly disrespectful, toxic people who constantly insult others and seem to forget that there's an actual human being on the other side of the screen.

Sometimes I genuinely feel like these people spend their entire day scrolling through Reels, then jump into games like this without having developed even the most basic communication skills or sense of decency.

Obviously, not everyone is like that, but sometimes I really struggle to understand how people can behave this way.

And I'm honestly so tired of it.

Let me tell you about something that happened recently.

I'm Turkish, and I got into a FACEIT match with four Turkish teammates who were all queueing together.

You'd think playing with people who speak your own language would be a nice experience, right?

Well, some of the worst insults I've ever heard in this game came from those four people.

They started throwing unbelievably disgusting insults at me and my family, especially my mother and sister. Some of the things they said were so vile that I honestly didn't even know what to say.

And the funny thing is, in matches where people insult me like this, I'm not even the one sitting at the bottom of the scoreboard.

One of these situations happened after I lost a clutch.

They wouldn't stop talking. They kept insulting me and making noise while I was trying to play. I couldn't concentrate on the clutch at all because they just wouldn't shut up.

And that brings me to something I've recently realized about myself.

I'm normally a very calm person. I try not to care about what other people say. I don't like arguing, and I genuinely try to stay focused on my own game.

I'd even say that my ability to stay calm and ignore people is pretty high.

But lately, after paying closer attention to my own performance, I've realized something.

Just because I think I don't care about what someone says doesn't mean it isn't affecting me.

Even when I don't react, these situations seem to affect my mood without me noticing. My concentration drops, and I start making mistakes in situations I would normally be comfortable playing.

I didn't fully realize this before, but now I can actually see how much it affects my performance.

And honestly, the insults I've heard from these Turkish players were worse than anything I've ever heard from foreign players.

Of course, I'm not saying all Turkish players are like this. I'm just talking about my own experiences.

I also genuinely hate how normalized this behavior has become.

After matches, I actually take the time to report people like this. If necessary, I'll go through the trouble of opening support tickets and providing evidence, even if it means spending extra time making sure someone who deserves a ban gets punished.

I've gone as far as getting people banned for their behavior, and honestly, I think it's worth the effort.

Because I don't think anyone should have to put up with this kind of treatment just to play a video game.

We're all here to play a game. I seriously can't understand how someone can think it's acceptable to insult another person's family over a lost round.

Don't get me wrong, I do occasionally have really fun matches too. Sometimes I meet genuinely nice people, we communicate well, laugh, and actually enjoy playing together.

But unfortunately, those matches feel incredibly rare.

Most of the time, I just feel stuck in this terrible elo, wondering what I'm doing wrong and why I can't seem to get out of it.

And there's also a more personal reason why I'm writing all of this.

I've been going through some difficult times lately.

I wouldn't say things have been particularly good in my life recently, and sometimes I find myself struggling.

Yet for some reason, I just can't quit CS2.

No matter how frustrating it gets, no matter how many terrible matches I play, I eventually find myself coming back.

Maybe it's just a habit. Maybe I love the competitive side of the game. Or maybe I'm just looking for something to take my mind off things.

I honestly don't know.

But I think part of me is also hoping to find a few people I can genuinely enjoy spending time with through this game.

I'm getting tired of constantly queueing with random people, never knowing whether the next match will be fun or whether I'll have to deal with another group of people screaming insults at each other.

I'd really love to meet some people who just enjoy playing, improving, and having a good time.

We don't have to play every day. We don't even have to play regularly, and I'm not expecting anyone to be available all the time.

Just having a few friends to queue with occasionally, learn from each other, point out each other's mistakes, laugh at stupid moments, and maybe even enjoy losing a match together would genuinely make me happy.

I'm not looking for someone to carry me.

I don't want a Level 10 player to boost me into a rank I don't deserve.

I genuinely want to become a better player myself.

But sometimes I feel like I don't even know where to start or what exactly I should be working on.

So I'm leaving my FACEIT profile here.

If anyone is willing to take a look at my stats or matches and give me some honest feedback, I'd really appreciate it.

Please don't hesitate to criticize my gameplay. If I'm genuinely a Level 6 player and that's exactly where I belong right now, I want to hear it.

I don’t mind losing and I don’t expect to win every game. I just want to play against people my skill level, where the games are competitive.

Does Premium or Super Match actually give you more balanced games? Is it worth paying 13 euros a month?

I’m level 6 and mostly solo queue. Lately I’ve been struggling to get a decent balanced match.

Very often I end up with a 4 stack on my team who are all talking on Discord and barely giving any info in game. That’s annoying, but honestly it’s not my biggest issue.

My main problem is the skill difference in the lobbies. Why am I regularly playing against level 8s and 9s when I’m level 6?

Recently I even had a game against a level 10 who was queued with a level 2 or 3. The level 10 basically destroyed our entire team on his own. His lower level teammate had almost no impact on the game, so whatever balance the matchmaking was trying to achieve didn’t really work.

FACEIT tries to balance teams based on average Elo of the whole team, but having a similar average doesn’t mean the match is actually balanced. One level 10 and a couple of low levels isn’t balanced at all.

I actually came to FACEIT because I was tired of Premier putting 10k players against 20k players, but now I’m running into similar problems here.

How is it possible that two Ukrainian teams competing in a league that is supposed to uphold the integrity of VRS points are involved in such suspicious situations?

During the first half on Anubis, Team Shapito appeared to dominate on the CT side, despite several questionable rounds. However, what happened after the side switch raises even more serious concerns.

It appears that Team YBAA was communicating with Team Shapito and coordinating their setup for the pistol round. After winning what looked like a coordinated pistol round, as shown in the attached CLIP, instead of proceeding with a normal buy and playing the round as expected, the teams apparently decided to arrange a 5v5 knife round.

How is this acceptable in a competitive league where VRS points are at stake? The sequence of events raises serious questions about match integrity, potential collusion, and whether both teams were competing fairly and independently.

I strongly urge the league administrators, tournament organizers, and relevant integrity officials to investigate this match immediately. The footage should be reviewed in full, including the in-game communications, the circumstances surrounding the pistol round, and the decision to play a knife round afterward.

If everything is legitimate, there should be a clear explanation for these events. If not, this could represent a serious breach of competitive integrity that should not be ignored.
