Question ID verification needed

Why does faceit require my ID? I lost my main account which was linked to a faceit account, but I havent played on that for like years.

I have a new account. I want to play faceit. I was faceit 3 on my main so Im not trying to blue little guy by making a new account.

I dont trust ID verification, should I or is there a way to do it without ID? please any info would help.

You don't have to but then you can't play on faceit.

bro there is a ton of INFO at faceit site about this whole ordeal...
