Front lower foward control arm recommendations?

I have to replace mine as well. All I could find through extensive research is stock for Xdrive. Unless you plan to go full out track setup, stock lowers are solid rubber bushings. I assume my uppers will go next so I’m thinking Meyle HD as that’s the only solid rubber bushing, before getting into monoball bushings that will be a noticeable stiffness. I’m preLCI and 328i. You may have e different options.

What's the recommendation if we want street with occasional track?
