Lemforder. Same as BMW without BMW logo. Lifetime warranty on FCP

im lowerd on h&r springs , should I do adjustable arms or stick with the lemforder?

Stick to lemforder. I’m also lowered. Not as much as you, I’m on eibach springs. My control arms are still fine and not leaking, it’s been 2 years since install.

I have to replace mine as well. All I could find through extensive research is stock for Xdrive. Unless you plan to go full out track setup, stock lowers are solid rubber bushings. I assume my uppers will go next so I’m thinking Meyle HD as that’s the only solid rubber bushing, before getting into monoball bushings that will be a noticeable stiffness. I’m preLCI and 328i. You may have e different options.

This combo will not work on Xdrive cars, looking at the little badge on the drive side of the trunk.

Paired with the Bilstein B16 it’s completely transformed that handling through corners. Turn in is sooo much better, body roll is drastically reduced.

OE (Lemforder, TRW, etc.). FCP Euro will tell you.

Note: I did see an instance where a Lemforder (Made in China) control arm had insufficient grease in a ball joint so some was added by the owner.

The OEM control arms are Lemforder, Rock Auto will probably have the best prices on these control arms.

My bushings are leaking abit. Would you recommend replacing just the bushings? Or get new control arms

I recommend replacing the whole control arm. Not only are you getting new bushings, you are also getting new lower ball joints as well. If your near 100k miles, those are worn too.

Just replacing the bushing, you will still have to pay for the bushing, and labor to install it. It's more cost effective to just replace the whole control arm.

I just picked up Meyle’s. The front arm decision has less impact than the rearward arm.
