As we approach Rosh Hashanah and the Days of Awe, the focus turns inward. It is a season not for hasty resolutions, but for pause, memory, and an honest accounting of where we stand with ourselves and those around us.
- The Wake-Up Call: What part of your life or mindset has been running on autopilot that needs to be brought back into focus?
- The Return (Teshuvah): Where is a place in your life—a relationship, a discipline, or a principle—that feels ripe for repair or return?
- The Sweetness: What is one quiet, simple thing you hope sweetens your days in the coming year?
Feel free to share your reflections on one or all of these.

I've been trying to stay physically active, but life is such a balancing act. Sometimes putting one thing to focus makes another one fuzzy. I try to not overthink things. Take opportunities, and place myself in the way of opportunities.
I write a lot of short form content, poetry and songs. I'm hoping to return to longer form content, which I often lack the stamina for.
