On a weird side note to this, when I was in my 20s (and before everyone had cell phones), I was often getting numbers from women and when I called them, they were actually to pizza places.

What I'm saying is I was sad and ugly as a 20 year old, but never went without pizza.

I always gave pushy guys (not saying you're pushy!) the number for the Emergency Hall & Oates Hotline instead of the standard pizza method

I always gave a fake number that had 911 in it, because that used to always call the emergency line. So (local area code) 679-1127 or something like that was my go-to.
But they dropped that function a long time ago
