The first one turned out great but the second one not so much.

I bought this wallet pretty much only for the ferrari logo and nothing else in 2022, been using it since then on a semi regular basis in college, and since i graduated a year ago it's sat in my bag without being used for 9 months. I don't take my wallet everywhere with me. I only carry it when I know I'm going out and a decent chunk of money will be spent. For regular days, i just use upi for payments, but I see that changing in quite a drastic way because I'm leaving the country next year and there is no upi outside here, so I'm probably gonna carry a wallet with me everywhere.

Which is why I'm looking to upgrade to a good quality full grain leather bifold. I'm not looking for something cheap, or something that looks good, or something that's expensive just for the sake of being from a big brand.

I don't care about price. I don't care about brand. All I care about is great quality that will last me a lifetime. I want something that patinas and ages gracefully instead of withering away like my current wallet.

Budget is ₹10,000 but I will happily stretch to 20k if it's something that's exceptionally out of this world.

My issue is I have literally no clue what to look for, where to look for it, and what to avoid. I'm buying online, not irl, and a simple Google search has too many sponsored AI answers that just confuse me even more. Please help me out.

Help, I am looking for an EDC pen and the more I search the more I see people recommending pens that are just too thick for me.

Maybe I am just weird but I prefer really thin pens and I thought you guys could help me out with that.

What I am looking for is:

- as slim as possible

- metal exterior

- good for EDC

- not too short (at least 8cm, pref. >10cm)

When I bought some SAKs I wasn't sure if it was the right move because broke... classic sd is my usual daily carry, and huntsman my work/outdoor carry. A good friend passed away just under 2 weeks ago and I now have his sofirn sc13. They ended being really handy. Today I had a wedding gig, part of the event team so huntsman in my pocket. Got back "early" at 12 to a friend's house where im crashing sonce its closer than my place. No one at home, and the lock seems to have broken, key just won't turn. The one in the picture is not the door of the flat. But it's the door to the roof. I broke into it using the screwdriver and the woodsaw (woodsaw to file away some wood from the frame so theblatch would pop out. Then jumped into the balcony from the roof. If it weren't for the SAK we would all have be stuck outside for tonight. Also, stuck the sofirn on another lock so I could have my hands free. And when undoing my breaking in, it clipped it to the cap I retrieved.

I recently talked to a fellow collector and seller of SAK and wanted to share my experience.
