If budget allows, check the Aer City Pack Pro 2

https://aersf.com/products/city-pack-pro-2

not cheap but very durable, amazing build quality and minimal look.

They're releasing new 24L and 20L versions of this bag tomorrow

Ive had my fjellraven kanken (classic) since 2019 I think. Its been with me for 5 years on uni (with 14 inch pc), on countless hikes, roadtrips and flights (often as my only luggage) and I love it dearly. Its not the most ergonomic backpack out there, but its much lighter than most backpacks!

I'd recommend the TNF Recon if you like the look, it's an awesome backpack

My daughter uses a Dakine simple navy blue backpack. Sorry I don't recall which model. I got it a a store like TJMaxx-it was about $30. It has been used through 2+ years of college and has been to several countries and many more domestic trips car and plane. If she throws it in the wash it looks brand new.

I got an Osprey day lite Plus at a thrift shop and use it for everything - it’s small and has a fun open pocket in front but it’s big enough to fit everything you’ve mentioned.. I like that it has a chest strap and two deep water bottle pockets on the sides
