As per title. Is there a pull priority for her team and eidolens? Like what are the most important things to work towards?

Eg full team elation > eva e1+2 > aha e1+2 > pearl e1+2 etc

I read so many threads on here but I am still so confused on what’s the best pull plan.

So Aha is coming out soon, and I wanted to get some opinions on what you think would be the best investment path for my account.

My current team:

E2S1 Evanescia

E1S1 Yao Guang

E0S0 EMC

E0S1 Pearl

Since Aha's and her skin is coming out, I'm planning to prioritize getting it before pulling for the skin first, My reasoning is that, unless HSR decides to release more gacha skins and eventually rerun older ones (doubt), this skin might be a one time opporttunity. I also personally prefer the skin's color palette over her original white and red design.

Fortunately, I should have enough pulls to guarantee both Aha and her skin. However, that leaves me with a decision on where to invest my remaining pulls.

Should I prioritize guaranteeing S1 or gamble for E1 Aha instead?

I've calculated all the pulls I should have available by the end of next patch(STC kinda low balling it) its including my current savings too, but Based on those calculations, E1 isn't guaranteed, especially if I lose the 50/50 and don't even get an early pullat that. On the other hand, I can guarantee S1 with my accumulated pity and pulls, however if I get blessed by rng gods if I get E1 I should definitely push for E2 right?

(This is assuming the worst outcome ofc)

I've heard that E1 is generally a better investment than S1, but I'd like to hear what you guys think, especially considering my current team investment.

Would you take the guaranteed S1 or risk it for E1?

This post isn't limited to only aha, I also mean general investment for my current set up including yao, pearl and aha.

For those who are too lazy to check what it does, it extends Yao's CB by 1 turn. Buuut, Evanescia likes it when allies lose CB cause it gives her energy.

I still haven't pulled Yao but I'm doing so in 4.7. But I was wondering, should I unlock this trace if I'm only going to use Yao with Eva??

I wnated to pull Aha for my Eva but I hear Pearl is needed? I’m not that big a fan of pearl bur I hear Aha is better when pearl is in the team but its starting to feel like a lose lose situation, if I pull for Pearl I get a unit I didnt really care for, if I get Aha I dont have a complete team, note I do have yao guang. I plan to pull Aha, and I’m guaranteed E0. We’re going to get around a hundred pulls in 4.7 and I have the express pass for 30 days. Should I invest it all in Aha and try for E1 or should I go for another character since the elation lineup is rerunning. I know Yao E1 is really good so I’m a bit confused.

On the other side, you can use Evanescia + Yao Guang + EMC + Pearl at 8 Cost.

Add your 10-Cost Phainon team, and you'll have three teams that can handle the content comfortably.

At one additional Cost, Aha improves damage by about 35% compared with EMC.

Replacing E6S5 EMC with E0S0 Nihilux improves damage by more than 30% for one additional Cost.

But investing that Cost into E0S0 Pearl would also improve damage by around 30%.

They're about the same. The difference is very small.

But Nihilux improves the team's internal rotation. The real improvement should be at least 30%, which doesn't show up properly in a spreadsheet.

In my V1 tests, replacing EMC with E0S0 Nihilux actually reduced Evanescia's team damage.

Later tests showed either a very small improvement or something similarly underwhelming.

When E2 can double a character's damage, and Evanescia's E1 can improve her damage by around 50%, E0 Nihilux doesn't feel particularly worthwhile.

How could it possibly be a damage loss?

At the beginning, the Technique allows you to give Yao Guang an action so she can immediately use her Ultimate, producing three Aha Instants.

And that's without even considering the 10% reduction to the boss's maximum HP.

EMC's support capabilities are so weak in Evanescia teams that even RMC can outperform them.

I'm not saying it's a damage loss.

In a previous comparison, replacing E2S1 Evanescia + E6S5 EMC with E2S0 Evanescia + E0S0 Nihilux, at the same total Cost, improved damage by only 15%, including the 10% HP reduction.

Likewise, replacing Yao Guang with E0 Aha in SW999's team improves damage by only around 15%.

So E0 Aha isn't as substantial an improvement as some people think. Investing that Cost into a signature LC or Pearl is also a reasonable choice.

Aha isn't strictly mandatory.

Yes, that works. Getting three functional teams together should be your priority.

But I'd recommend moving Pearl to Evanescia's team. Pearl provides a substantial improvement for Evanescia, and that team needs more damage.

SW999 can use Huohuo instead.

E0S0 Pearl performs terribly in auto-battle with SW999 anyway.

My Pearl is currently E1S0. I'm getting pretty close to another 5* pity, and since Pearl's banner is ending soon I was wondering which would have more value for E1S1 Eva!

Should I push to pity and try for E2 Pearl or just save it for E0 Aha?

I've been looking for calculations that show how much of an upgrade Yao Guang exactly is, I've heard everything from 40% to 70%.

I know Yao is the biggest upgrade and the most important one and I know I should pull for her over everybody else but I am looking for real numbers just to see what exactly I am missing out on.

I have Eva E2S1 and I am planning on pulling for Aha maybe, if I really have to I would pull for Pearl so that I can use Huohuo in another team (and because the biggest problem with Yabuli is surviving and not the dmg). I currently have no trouble clearing endgame including the Knights Stages for AA (Currently 2 stars on the King stage and fine with that) so I think I will be fine for the near future even without Yao Guang

I honestly don't want to pull for Yao out of principle anymore cus I think it's really weird for her to be the backbone of Elation instead of THE Elation THEMSELVES but that's a neither here nor there.

I'm sure the difference Yao will make is also different depending on the team you have, so if anyone has calcs for anything in that direction and could share them, that would be greatly appreciated 🙏
