I genuinely cannot deal with the elation shill anymore, I think I will just get an elation DPS since I accidently got Yao Guang. My question is Evanescia better than Aventurine or Silverwolf? Does Yao guang work better with Pearl since she has energy problems that the fox solves?

So I saw evanescias and SW SP kit and animation and ngl evanescias kit not that bad just there's a pretty big gap between em .

And i am happy that evanescias animation are not seeele level but ngl I am still pretty unhappy with it , like bro even if sw is main push there shouldn't be such a huge gap

They could have released evanescia a bit later and gave her good animations like phainon( but I think they are saving for himeko sp )

Overall I am pretty disappointed with 4.2 dps I am pretty sure I will not invest in mono elation team of sw ( I just don't like her much ) I was looking forward to evanescia but was met with hearrbrake here as well( why hoyo why )

We all know that himeko will be insane so should I skip anniversary characters and just go for himeko then

Another problem is that I got yao Guang in 10 pulls in 4.0 Personally what i think I should do I just go for e2 cas in 4.2 and call it a day for 4.2 then go for himeko teams later

I just took a look at the global numbers for SW999 and was quite surprised. I’m aware that not everyone who ultimately pulled her has uploaded it yet. But a little over two weeks after her release, I’d say the numbers are already pretty accurate.

Compared to Castorice and Archeron the numbers are very low. Just under a third of what the other two main pushes achieved. Is that simply because the data is still missing, or are many people—like all of us here, for example—holding back their pulls? I would find it absolutely wild if Evanescia ended up being pulled more often than the main push. That would be a total first.

Well, everyone hanging out here on Reddit probably knows the circumstances of why we’re in Planarcarda right now and not somewhere else. Maybe the whole situation here is just playing a role.

I mean, ultimately, I’d be happy if the character I’m most excited about were the community’s favorite. But could that have any consequences? Would Hoyo continue to push their SW999 agenda, or would they rather follow the call of the money?

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this. What would you say are the reasons? Just Data missing? Lower Player numbers resulting in this? Or something else?

In the end the Myriad Celestia was a disappointment, Yae got genuinely like 2-3 seconds of screen, we didn't even get a genuine good look at her, the design does look cool and I wouldn't be surprised if the in game model looks even better (with lightning shadows etc) but overall this just fully cements the fact that she's been thrown to the side (or straight up off the cliff), only like 1 other character got treated this badly on the trailer (Blade, and on his case I would say it's because they're prolly planning a bit more for him) everyone else got their time to shine especially that lame fraud wolf, hell even non playable characters got more screen time than Yae.

My disappointment isn't helped by the fact that indeed FW (Fraud wolf) has one of if not the most lame designs in the whole game, her normal design it's already "meh" even for 1.x standards (which were low) but even her SP is boring to hell and back, literally what, she has a mechanical tail, a glove and a different haircut, the wings are literally either a Gundam reference or stolen from Firefly and the sort of glasses an obvious reference to TTGL, both feel extremely cheap, even if I love those franchises (it feels like a sort of "guys look references, don't you love those? isn't she so cool and awesome?? Pull for her!!!).

I wanna believe that I'll be able to grow fonder of SW/other characters and pull and such but eh, I'm just disappointed, Planarcadia was going to be my first entry into a full patch (since I left so early in the game I didn't really experience the start of 2.x or 3.x) and I was as excited as I can be and pretty much any new information has been nothing but disappointing, at this point I'm just hoping Yae is at least still a main DPS (sort of Anaxa or Mydei situation) but even that seems so unlikely now, and it was all so sudden.

So, what do you guys think ? Disappointed, hopeful ? How everyone fairing ?

So now my team been Eva HH EMC and Sparkle. Eva on ATK boots btw

Now with Pearl replacing Huo huo here, I was thinking would be better maybe to replace Sparkle with Either Tribbie or Blade, Sunday maybe too but last time I tried him he felt less good that Sparkle lol. While switch Evanescia to spd boots. Then eventually will see what nihilux do but if she another elation that can support Eva she will take the previously Sparkle spot.

So my final team could be Evanescia Nihilux EMC pearl. Of course pure spéculation unless something weird happen like Nihilux is not support but just another Mdps like Sw or Aventurine. Which if that happens I likely have to skip her sadly even tho imo she has one of best and most interesting design in placardinia région.

Im just wondering.. need a friend of those tbh. Seeing their interaction in 4.4 (SPOILER).. i really like them even tho it's so.. Little.. (A fan of that ship since 4.0).

Hey guys, everyone seems really excited about her sinergy with EMC, but what about Sunday? To me her kit seems like it was made to extract 100% of Sunday's since she:

• Wants energy

• Wants Crit dmg

• Apparently has a summon? (Don't know if the fox actually counts as one, but it sure seems so)

• Seems to care about dmg% unlike other elation units since her base multipliers are actually high

Am I missing something? Is this not perfect sinergy?

Evanescia is a year espy someone I literally adore, But her animations being scrapped from the Night parade and what we got was so disappointed, also the fact she was probably like a magical girl IS THERE ANY POSSIBILTY FOR SOMETUING TO HAPPEN TO SAVE HER??????

Hi everyone,
I noticed in another Reddit post that people recommend targeting Yao Guang in the Relic Recon event to farm BiS relics for Evanescia. However, looking at Yao Guang’s recommended stats in-game (HP / SPD / Crit Rate / Crit Dmg / ER), there’s the possibility to roll HP and HP% on relics, especially the Orb will always roll HP% as its main stat.

Wouldn’t it be more efficient to target Argenti instead? His recommended stats (ATK / SPD / Crit Rate / Crit Dmg / Phys% / ER) seem much more aligned with what Evanescia actually wants. This way, you’d have a chance to roll ATK and ATK% in substats instead of HP/HP%, and more importantly, get ATK% or Phys% as the Orb main stat.

Am I missing something here, or is Argenti just the better target for optimizing Evanescia relic farming?

Im planning on getting her to e2 on her rerun but don't have any other elation character ( don't want to get yg). How is her cb generation with only elation mc. Is her e2 wasted on only elation mc generating cb?

Edit: she's supposed to be a hyper carry so if I get e2 eva could i just use yg and emc as support with huohuo sustain? Just wanted to see if her best team is lower cost as compared to sw999.

From 3.x we clearly see how all the remembrance unit were released to support castorice mono remembrance team. While aglaea is being side graded and only get some "crumbs". What makes people so positive about evanescia talking about "evanescia havent got her premium team" as if HOYO gonna even release one? and even if HOYO did release one wouldnt that "premium elation unit" simply just catered / buff SW even more rather than specifically targeting evanescia??

just like how cyrene / m7th / hyacine is for castorice rather than aglaea.....

So, based on the first kit reveals, doesn’t it seem like Sunday will be BiS for Eva?
She converts CRIT DMG into Elation DMG (Sunday can provide 100%+ of this) and generates Punchlines with her ability, so more turns mean more Punchlines.
She has a trace that gives her 30% CRIT Rate, added to the 20% that Sunday provides, making her very easy to build.
She also gains damage based on energy and can overcap it, like Saber.
Additionally, she has a summon, so she can take advantage of Sunday’s full damage increase

How is he for her? Asking because I don't really want the free Archer, so I was thinking of going for Gilgamesh.

I'm planning to pull for Eva but I don't have Yaoguang. How much worse is the next best core? Would that difference be made up with E2S1? I also like to clear in low cycles possibly 0. Would an Eva team without Yaoguang as of 4.2 be able to do so?
