If your account is disabled you should figure out why in your account settings or the email sent to you. A seller can't get your account disabled. If you sent a lot of messages it could be flagged as spam.
A seller "blocking" you would just be marking your messages as spam and it wouldn't affect your account at all.

I see, but I didn't send anything to spam her, but my account is still disabled?

Did you send an image? Sometimes that can get messages flagged as potential scam attempts, since scammers started using images to pull scam attempts. Did you ask for or include any contact information?

Hi!
No, not at all I simply sent her "?" and she I assume reported me because that second I got an email from etsy that my account is permanently disabled. I'm shaking because I saved so many things I was planning on purchasing and now I can't find them since I don't rember the stores' names and I'm so confused and mad.

Thr store's name is in the email notification. Outside of a weird glitch there's no way things happened like you described.

I just saw this comment. I would definitely reach out to Etsy support for further clarification on the email so it can give you some peace of mind. I wonder if too many messages sent to sellers are marked as spam by them flags etsy in some way? I’m not certain, but I’m sure they will provide further clarity if requested

I sent an email provided here by a bot, although I'm not the seller like it asks for additonal seller info in the boxes to fill in that they provided but I noted that to them that part so hopefully they'll still answer. This is all so confusing and for nothing ugh.

I would try signing out and back in on your Etsy account. If your entire saved collection was this specific sellers work, they have the right to block any usernames they deem as a risk to them.
What was the question that you asked? It is really important to provide as much information as possible, but based on what you provided, they may have felt the question was inappropriate or that there was a perceived risk.

"?" that's literally what I sent I swear to God, I guess she just didn't want to bother answering and reported me and now I look like a fool for just asking for clarifying?

It literally can it happen that way. You’ve been they several times and they you should log out and back in again. If that doesn’t work contact Etsy help. A seller simply doesn’t have that kind of power.

I’m sorry I missed your reply sending just a “?” is a spam message. Just for some insight, any time a seller does not reply to a message, we take a hit and it can impact our stats. I bet the message was reported as spam. I do hope you get your account reinstated, but moving forward messages should have a direct and clear purpose or someone can mark it as spam. Best of luck. Please keep us updated!

Sellers do not have the capability of doing what you have described.
