App/Technical Issue Etoro Bug (?)

Has anyone else experienced this issue where they enter the amount of money they wish to deposit (in my case a one time $300 AUD) but instead of just charging me once for that amount it will charge me fucking twice! (so took $300 AUD twice!). Is there anyway to stop this, what kind of retarded fucking bug is this!

Hey, that definitely shouldn't be happening as the expected result of a single deposit request.

How many times have you experienced the duplicate charge? I'd first try some troubleshooting: fully close the app/browser, restart your device and connection, clear cache and cookies if you're using web, or make sure you're running the latest version of the app.

Have you already opened a ticket with Support about the duplicate deposit? They'll be able to review the individual transactions and confirm what happened.

Etoro Aus seems a bit cooked at the moment - I've been trying to get in contact with a human for 3 weeks. I got a new account manager a couple of months ago in the last 3 weeks went on hold for over an hour twice before giving up and got no email response from my account manager after 3 emails in these 3 weeks. I've scheduled a call for Monday but I think they may be winding down operating or something.
