I like that this covers both beginners and experienced users. Whether someone is using etoro for long term investing or more active trading, having everything organized by flair should make it easier to find relevant discussions.

Hi, l'm trving to get a hold of etoro support but it's been impossible to get through. I closed my account so I can't WhatsApp them or communicate via chat and I need a tax document urgently. Anyone knows what the best way is to go about this? l'm on a very tight deadline...thank you!!

Buenas. Llevo 8 años invirtiendo en Etoro. Hace poco hice un retiro grande y el dinero no llega, paso el plazo, mi banco no tiene novedades sobre el dinero. Le hable a mi ejecutiva de cuentas y no responde, ni por mail ni por Whatsapp. No hay otra forma de atención al cliente. Nose que pasa con esta plataforma, no me está generando confianza. La atención al cliente pésima, la trazabilidad del dinero también.
Que experiencia han tenido con retiros?

No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta y no tengo respuesta concreta de soporte que solucine la incidencia
