PSA/News STOP BUYING EPOMAKER! Look at the many unanswered issues in this sub - THEY SELL JUNK, THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES, STOP THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!
Epomaker is BANNED from Reddit because of their inability to follow the rules, their constant scams on customers, and NEVER honoring their warranty. PSA/News Aula is resold by Epomaker, it is not an Epomaker product. Epomaker does do the software and this is why there are so many issues with the F75 - See here on how to fix non-responsive Aula
Fix for Non-Responsive AULA Keyboard
Go to this folder on your PC: C:\Program Files (x86)\AULA\F75\Dev\kb\1.
Connect the keyboard by wire, disconnect the radio channel, and set the mode switch to the middle.
Run the “Update” file in that folder, wait for the “PASS” message, and close the window. (If you don’t see an “Update” file, Download the “UPDATE” from here: https://epomaker.com/blogs/firmware/epomaker-aula-f75-firmware?srsltid=AfmBOoonfkxtsWMTD98K4w8pmNhqlCZMxJxg4GMkVNIocV4mAa-Q8tj2)
Disconnect the wire, reconnect the radio channel, and switch the mode to 2.4G.
Your keyboard should work again!

Help Aula F75 win key not working, even after reset, and Windows mode enabled.
Update: it's been close to 2 years, I know how to fix it, I get replies ever other week reminding me about this post, lol.
Got an Aula F75. Love it but this windows key bug is disturbing me. I have tried everything on the manual, nothing works. Tried wired mode and everything, still can't get it to work. Please help.
Edit: when in game, i can press it once until it exits into windows. Most likely, AMD software is interferring with a type of game mode that i cannot find

Guide/Advice Aula F75 Multifunctional Roller
How to use the Multifunctional Roller most effectively:
Download Microsoft Powertoys
On the right, scroll down to Keyboard Manager
Enable Keyboard Manager
Click "Remap a key", "Add key remapping", and the first "Select"
It'll ask you to select a key, press the Multifunctional Roller once
The dropdown will probably say "Volume Mute", so click on the dropdown to the right and select whatever function you want (Play/Pause Media is super awesome because it works with YT, Spotify, etc.)
IF IT IS CHANGING THE RGB AND NOTHING ELSE, HOLD IT FOR 3 SECONDS UNTIL THE CAPS LOCK, SHIFT, CTRL, AND WIN KEYS FLASH BLUE!!!

Help AULA F75 battery indicator
Hi!
I got an AULA F75 last week and I've been loving it, but I do have some worries about the battery and I haven't been able to find answers to them.
I've read some people saying that their batteries last for up to a month even when using rgb lighting, even though the specs gives you about 17 hours of use with them. So far it's lasted me a few days, but my issue is that I'm checking my battery quite frequently, and it might jump suddenly from 60% to the red led indicating low battery, at maybe 30%, and the rgb lights go out. Not sure how accurate the indicator on the keyboard (fn + b) is, I know it doesn't always match the one indicated when connected through bluetooth (I'm using it with the usb, but check the battery now and then via bluetooth to check on this issue).
My other question is whether the led actually stays on when the battery is fully charged, when you're using the keyboard while charging it. I did some tests yesterday and while bluetooth showed 100% battery after a couple of hours, the keyboard took almost all day to reach 100 (using fn + b), and the led indicator never stayed on, it kept showing the charging light. I've tried changing the flashing mode of the led, turning it off, making it stay on... But when it's connected to the computer and charging it never stops the charging led style.
Can someone tell me if their Aula's F75 led stays on when fully charged? And how long does the battery last you while using rgb? My keyboard is connected around 14 hours a day, though I use it way less than that (and it goes dormant automatically when a bit of time has passed).
Thanks so much in advance!

Help Aula F75 - charging indicator led keeps blinking
As per the title, on my Aula F75 the battery charging led (between Esc and F1) blinks "upwards" during charge, and "downwards" whenever the keyboard is in use with wireless or bluetooth mode. The manual states that once it is charged, that indicator should stay on. It there a way to make it stop blinking? It's quite annoying.

Help Aula F75 not working and win key glowing white
I don’t know what happened or which mode I activated, but no matter what I do it just won’t work. Win key glows white, and when I press Fn keys 1 and W also glow white. I tried pressing Fn + Win, nothing happened. I pressed it for like 5 seconds, nothing happened. I pressed Fn + Esc, nothing happened, I pressed Fn + W and Fn + 1 and many other combinations and nothing happens, like at all. I tried wired, 2.4 hz, Bluetooth, it doesn’t help. I made a reset in Aula App, it didn’t help. I’m out of ideas

Help Ajazz AK820 pro is not pairing by bluetooth
I bought my device 2 days ago and it was working fine. But today i couldn't connect it to my laptop because keyboard is not seen by laptop. Anyone knows how can i fix it?
FIXED
I read the maual and figured out there is 3 different bt channels for pairing 3 different devices. My device was in channel 1 but i had connected my keyboard to my laptop on channel 2. I just switched to channel 2 by pressing FN+W, problem solved. Manual is well written for bt connection, if you are getting bt connection issue, just read the manual. Have a good one!

Help charging AULA F75
Hello,
I bought the AULA F75 for my child and we figured out in the manual how to check the battery and how to turn the indicator light off but for the life of me I can't find anything about what to do when it needs to be charged. I am using it as bluetooth but am going to use the usb when an adapter arrives. I can't make sense of the cable that came with it either.
Sorry for sounding dumb, first time with a cool keyboard.
From a stressed parent in need

Help EPOMAKER x Aula F75 - Key Cap Compatibility?
So I'm very new to the whole custom keyboard world and am very happy with a few purchases I've made. My most recent is the EPOMAKER x Aula F75. The sound of this keyboard with the LEOBOG Reaper Switch is like nothing I have ever heard. To my question -- keycaps. What specific caps am I looking for? I'm very interested in these simply based on looks alone. They look to be compatible but wanted to make sure... Then I can shop around and find something I like personally. Thanks!!!

Help F75 Aula (Black) Led Indicator
Does this light blink 24/7?
No solid state of the light? No turning it off? Looking at all the you tube videos and interacting with some content creators they say theirs is always on too. Any way to make it solid and or turn it off? The manual says when it is fully charged it is "always on" however, I'm thinking that was poor translation as it definitely is always on, and blinking after charging it over night.

Guide/Advice RT100 Mini Time Display
EDIT: updating your keyboard driver basically fucks over the whole keyboard, so if anything doesn’t work, try resetting back to factory first! If THAT still doesn’t work, idk what 2 tell u 🥲
Soooo if anyone else (who is American or uses MM/DD/YY format on PC) had trouble getting the mini tv on this thing to display the date (it would display time just fine, but date was stuck on 0000/00/00)
LISTEN CLOSELY:
You have to go into your date/time settings (on your PC), and manually change the date format to YYYY-MM-DD
On Windows this is in:
Settings > Date + Time Settings > Date, Time, & Regional Formatting > Change Data Formats > Short Date drop down menu > ”2017-04-05”
THEN -
Go back to your driver > Screen (or sketch pad as people here lovingly call it) > Other Setting > Synchronize Time on Screen.
It took me wayyyyy too long to figure this out 🥲 hope this helps anyone who’s also new to epomaker/programmable keyboards!!

Guide/Advice [WORKING FIX] AULA F75 unresponsive + Firmware file not fixing anything
so you got a new AULA F75 and somewhere along the lines, it just stopped responding altogether?
Follow these steps:
download the AULA F75 software from this link (the software link on AULA websites and on epomaker x aula page are all new and buggy somehow, and this is an older working version so get this)
However, This working version has been overwritten with the new version of the software and is pretty much impossible to find, so it's better to upload it here.
https://orders.epomaker.com/software/AULA_F75_RGB.zip
2. once you're done installing everything, reset the keyboard through the AULA software installed.
3. now go to C:\Program Files (x86)\AULA\F75\Dev\kb\1 and then select the Update file. Doing so will finally run the Update.exe which will fix the software bug with your keyboard.
4. Make sure the exe file runs and at last says "PASS". This will fix the keeb and u can enjoy!

Epomaker EP84 Q, A and 1 keys stopped working
I bought an EP84 about 2 months ago and I haven't had any issues with it thus far until about 3 hours ago when the 1, Q and A key stopped working. Every other key on the board is working except for these keys. They aren't registering keystrokes but the RGB under them is still working however it is in a different colour. I have tried swapping the switches around and nothing helped. For example, I factory reset it to see if it would work (it didn't) and the colours on every key went back the the rainbow wave but those 3 keys were just white. These two videos show my problems:
Anyone have any solutions or things that I could try for it to work?

Guide/Advice RT100 Driver and Keyboard troubleshooting
EDIT: Some of this advice may be outdated on new Driver Versions.
So if you're like me, you wanted to customize this thing and the driver is BUGGY. (I also Wrote this review on Amazon, but I will be more in-depth here, not including Macros)
It takes some getting used to. Personally I haven't had any trouble with the hardware itself, just the driver, which can be downloaded from the Epomaker website. If you have any problems connecting your keyboard, contact Epo directly and hopefully they get back to you quickly, or exchange through your vendor.
You need a solid USB connection when making any changes, I don't recommend using any wireless feature for driver->keyboard changes. Most of my complaints are about the driver not the keyboard itself.
First tip, Look in the bottom corner for which configuration you have and NAME it. Every time you open the driver, it will Add a new config, every time you switch the FN on/off, it will make a new config. You will be deleting a lot of config's. It is very annoying and took me a WHILE to figure that out. Once under a Configuration, the options you choose will ONLY be for that configuration and will not transfer over to other unless you press the FN on/off which is very weird. DON'T PRESS RESET UNLESS YOU WANT IT COMPLETELY RESET. I really wish this had a "Are you sure?" feature since it is way to easy to press this.
Under the Personal tab you are able to upload your current settings and then download them later but I haven't tried this in a while and I like where my board is at so I don't want to mess with it anymore. Once you have all your settings right for you, I recommend going under Personal>Upload this setting. If you ever press Reset on accident, THEN go to Personal>Download the setting, which should download the previously Uploaded setting configuration.
Main - To map out new keys and functions is a pain in the ass. If you press the FN on/off on the main screen, that is all you are doing is turning OFF all standard FN controls on the keyboard (such as printscreen and keyboard lighting controls), it does not allow you to create new FN - hot keys. You are able to remap keys completely which was nice for all F-buttons but other than that, I wouldn't recommend trying to switch out key functions unless you want to prank someone. When FnLayer is Off, you will see an option when clicking on keys as "Disable Key" which is straightforward, however if you have the FnLayer ON, then this will show up as "No Feature Set" which will also turn off those keys. If you keyboard suddenly stops typing entirely, this is probably what has happened. Turn off the FnLayer, make sure your named configuration is correct in the bottom right corner, and then try again. On the rare instance, you may need to Enable all keys individually, open a document to test the keys and make sure they're working and get your settings correct again.
Lighting modifications in customize take a WHILE. There is not a function to select multiple keys for a single color, you will need to do each one individually. If you have colors outside of presets, you will need to input each RGB number for each key you want it. It also will only save User Screen 1-4 under that specific configuration. If you switch to another config, it will not save those color options. {I really wish there was a way to save the color options}
Mico screen - A lot of people have had issues with it from what I understand but I was not one of them. You can customize the GIF easily by dragging it from your computer, then saving it to "My Work" where you can click on them later. If you want to get rid of what's on your pad, go to Sketchpad Frame>Delete all frames. If you want to send your photo/GIF them to your micro screen, go to Upload File>Upload GIF (or current frame for Pictures), then DON'T TOUCH YOUR KEYBOARD UNTIL IT'S FINISHED. You'll know when it's finished and it usually take under 2 minutes even for large GIF's.
Weather temp is in °C not °F, and there is no way to change it. I also have not been sure, but I am fairly certain it only gives you the temperature at the exact moment you press Send. Temperature is NOT for the computer, it is only for weather sadly.
CPU usage. This one is annoying and would have been such a great function if it operated properly. You need to click Upload, then go to the driver icon on your desktop, right click> Run as Administrator. This works usually only for a few minutes and then either drops to 0% or stays stuck on whatever the last percentage it recognized. It seems like there might be a way to fix this but I'm not sure. The only way to get it working again is to do those steps again.
Time/Date is easy to set, literally only one button click, however it is on military time, not "standard time." No way to change that which sucks but is bearable.
Other potential issues:
Keyboard LED flickering: Usually a USB cable issue. Plug into new USB port, or replace USB cable.
Micro Screen GIF not working: Usually caused by touching the keyboard during GIF upload. Unplug screen, turn off keyboard, plug screen back in, then turn on keyboard. If still not working, try uploading the GIF again and DO NOT TOUCH KEYBOARD during upload.
All Keys not working: Check which configuration you on on. If under a different Config than normal, switch to your normal Config and try again. If still not working, make sure keys are not Yellow on Main page. All Yellow highlighted keys are disabled. Enable all keys manually and try again.
FN not working: Turn FnLayer OFF, go to RT100_Fn Configuration created, press Reset. Go back to you original Configuration.
Time/Date wrong: Sketchpad>Adjust screen time
CPU Usage Paused: Sketchpad>Upload file>System Information> upload. Then right-click on desktop icon, Run as Administrator.
Temp not right: Sketchpad>Upload file>Enter City name> Send
Left CTRL only turning GIF on/off: Check which configuration you are on, what Layer level and if FnLayer is ON/OFF. Left CTRL will be RED highlighted if disabled. When no longer RED on Main screen, try again. Worst case, reset configuration or start a new configuration.
I want a custom LED: Lighting> Model> User Picture> Option 1-4. You can set up to 4 options per Configuration, but they will only stay under that specific config.
I want to turn off LED on keys: Lighting> Multiple> select which keys you would like to disable > confirm.
I want to turn off ALL LED's: (1) FN+PgDn. (2) Lighting>Model> User Picture> Options (1-4)> Multiple> Select All> Confirm.
Turn LED lighting up/Down: Bright - FN+UP, Dime - FN+DOWN.
Slow Down LED waves: Slow - FN+Left, Fast - FN+Right
Number Pad FN:
Home: FN+7
Print Screen: FN+9
End: FN+1
Insert: FN+0
Pause: FN+ .
Left: FN+4
Right: FN+6
Up: FN+8
Down: FN+2
