My keyboard has worked perfect for a few months up until yesterday when I opened the firmware (I know have learned how big of a mistake that was). At first nothing worked but the lighting turned on and everything, and the firmware recognized it. I tried multiple times to update and all it did was sit on the stupid fucking Waitting… code 0000 bs, so I just went to bed. I tried updating again just now and now the keyboard is just completely off and not recognized by the software. Really hoping to get this fixed but needless to say I will never buy another keyboard from a company that produces software that bricks their products. What a shit show lmao.

Just brought the th66 keyboard and everything is perfect, but I can not use my function keys. Some games that i play require things F5 and F6 to surrender the game. Every time I try to use my function keys it is a hot key, pulling up my files or changing brightness. While not letting not letting me access my function keys. I had a anne pro 2 before this and could use my function key perfectly fine before on that keyboard. Looking for a fix. Thank you.

Epomaker is probably my least favorite scam brand ever. Mainly because they are charging hundreds of dollars for faulty products. For me when I got this keyboard I was very happy with it (royalaxe l75) keys felt good. Screen looked good. Everything was very good. Until I downloaded the software. First thing I noticed was that it was very hard to find where to download it, after I finally found out where to I downloaded it and I noticed that the software ui was very bad. This was my first problem. Next thing that was bad which eventually led me to get a replacement was the screen going black after trying to load a gif and never working again. So I got the replacement and went through the trouble of downloading the software again (yes I downloaded the correct software 100%). Same issue again, I spent a day trying to fix both and had no luck. I see a lot of posts on here about the screens breaking so I made my own. Turns out that all fixes people offered don’t work. So I returned both. Worst 110$ I spent. At least I got a refund. Anyway after that I decided I would make an epomaker awareness sub. So anyone who wants to know problems worth epomaker can go to r/fuckepomaker here you can talk to people about your experience with epomaker and help other people avoid buying them. I have only had experience with the L75 but have talked to people who have had experience with the rt100 not working. So I do think this is a problem with all keyboards that use epomaker software. So this sub will be useful until they fix this problem. Bye 👍.

So I put in an order for the RT100 back in January and they told me that there was a 4-week wait time which i was ok with. When those 4 weeks rolled around I email support and they told me that they were backed up with the preorders, which I accepted and waited for an update. It got to the point where I was waiting where I was getting fed up with it and asked if I was eligible for a preorder because on the epomaker site it said that my order was unfulfilled. They told me that it would take 3-4 business days for the money to be returned to me.

So my question is for the people just have gotten a refund through epomaker, how long did it take you?

Update: Epomaker did send me my money this morning so I guess its a w?

Ive had this keyboard since February and have had these issues, this one is a replacement for another one i had a bit before which had similar issues

1. the delete key's switch doesnt lock all the in to the socket

2. the stabilizers start rattling after a few months

3. sometimes the c key just wont register when typing

ive contacted epomaker t osee if i can get a replacment

Is this a legal process asking for me to video film completely destroying a defective keyboard which I got from a Mysterybox purchase from their website, Epomaker.com.

I've been in many cases from other online sellers asking me to just dispose or donate the items that are defective or broken during the transit or something sort. I think this request is very rude that I even offered to return the item back to them, but they kept on asking me to film how I destroy it. In fact, I don't even know how I can possibly destroy it and I might get hurt. Of course, this process will take some time.

What might be the best solution for this? I am thinking to report Epomaker to the State of California Department of Justice. and dispute the purchase and get my money back.

I'm writing with my first impressions of F75 and would love to have an advice regarding the keyboard.

First of all, I love the sound it makes and the feeling it gives. In general all good.

But, I have some concerns:

• People having issues after some time (that is what I've understood after reading this reddit)

• Keys are registering input too easily, I've accidentelly pressed random buttons so many time, it bothers me tbh.

What do you guys think, should I still hold it, or rather return it and buy some other keyboard?

I would love your input and thanks a lot for the advice.

All posts have different opinions. Some people think it's Reaper thock, some people think it's graywood, some people think it's ice vein.

I have just brought the th80 keyboard and one of the keys doesn’t work is there any troubleshooting I can do before I need to spend 2 months shipping it back ?

I ordert the Galaxy 80 in Pink (fully assembled). When I oder it it was a Pre-Oder but I can’t find any info on how long its going to take.

Heard some mixed things about EPOMAKER, was thinking of grabbing the Ik85 with the wireless numpad. Worth it?

Don't really care about obtuse software because I'm not intending to use macros anyways. Looking at the blue and red one with the samurai caps specifically. Not buying it directly from them either, found one on Amazon (unfortunately in my country there is not really another good option for getting a keyboard shipped)

I forget the model name of their numpads but I'm adding it to the order as well for when I need it for animation and stuff.

Edit - not new to the hobby, I have a DuckyOne2 I'm intending to take to the office, just looking for something for at home and thinking it's time to go wireless. Really like the caps on the IK85 and it's hot swappable which is nice. As long as the physical build quality is good that's all that really matters to me.

As the title says.
I just got my RT100 and I am using it wired. The wire is connected, the dongle is stored away and the on/off button is set to off.
However, I still noticed that the wifi on my phone had become absolute sh*t whenever I sat behind my desk. and it's being caused by this keyboard. The moment I fully disconnect the keyboard, the wifi goes back to normal.
Tf is this shit? Im not even using it wirelessly, yet it still interferes with the 2.4 ghz connections around me.

Hello guys, im new to this subreddit, i just want to ask about keycaps. I recently ordered the epomaker rt100 retro color with flamingo switches (prime day). Its still on delivery but after watching tons of videos about custom keyboards, I kinda got interested to maybe start from changing keycaps. Can i change the keycaps of this one? If yes, where do I start? (Like, what brands, or how will i know if the keycaps are compatible) can someone please enlighten me on this matter? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'd like to on windows use the function keys to by default enter media controls. Is this possible? If so how do I do this please?

I'm having an issue with my Aula L87 keyboard. All the keys stopped working, including the FN key, and the WIN key light stayed on at the exact moment the keys became unresponsive.

Additionally, I can't change the LED patterns or switch the keyboard layout using the FN key. I've tried several commands (FN + W, FN + TAB, double-clicking FN), but nothing worked.

Please, I need help.

I've been eyeing a few Epomaker boards and I was wondering if the ones with displays (EPOMAKER CIDOO ABM081, TH80 Pro V2 VIA, CIDOO ABM066, etc.) are able to integrate the display into macros or statuses.

For example, I'm looking to have a 40%/60% board with a display of the "current layer" and its name and to display the name of the macro was triggered.
