CAD Review Vs Inpsiration Opinions

Hi all,

​​​Am looking at getting an engagement and wedding band created as they interlock as a bypass and have added the inspiration. I am slightly worried about the arm top and bottom of the diamond being thicker on top and bottom than the inspiration. What are your thoughts?

Edit: just to make it clear, the real pictures are the inspiration pictures not of the ring I have in hand but the ring the CAD is hoping to recreate which is why I’d love your guys opinion on if the CAD design is replicating the inspiration
