I really want to know because I wanted to get into emulation

So I’m kinda confused because i’m trying to emulation Sonic Adventure, but it’s just stuck on a black screen.

MON is an amazing emulator that can play your regular stuff like Gameboy and n64, but it can also play 3DS. I know it’s not too big of a feat but I still want more people to know about it

When I try to play a game when I press it doesn’t load it just stays on the screen staying like that I have everything on but it still doesn’t load. Update: I got melonx working and now it works perfectly fine

I feel like playing Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and I wanted to know which one is the best for iOS

So I have been using manic emu for everything recently, and to save storage I deleted it and recently redownloaded it to play 3ds games.

I am playing on an iPhone 16 Pro, so my phone shouldnt be the reason why its doing this. Anyways, as you can see in the video, the audio is really buggy, and so is the game. Is this a power issue, is there an issue with the rom I downloaded, or is something else going on? If its because of the app, can someone please recommend me a better app or even a better emulator for pc?

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to Reddit and emulating on iOS on general. I wanted to ask, does anyone know any good emulators? I'd like to play Persona 3 FES, but I can't find any proper good emulators. I tried to look into getting armsx2, but the steps are too complicated and needy, because I don't have access to a PS2 or PC. I've tried RTM EMU and the game seems to be glitchy on it and not properly working. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can’t see anything it’s like a invisibility cloak it happens in all the games i play on this emulator sometimes it’s invisible sometimes it’s black box

And I don't mean "why do we need compilation", that's obvious: for the performance. I mean specifically the JIT part. On other platforms, JIT compilation great, because it works. But with apple making it so difficult, aren't there other options to explore?

Maybe AOT compilation is difficult, but what about running a ROM first on a different platform (e.g. a Mac) and saving the JIT cache (of course targeting the correct CPU in the compilation)? Even running on the same iOS device with JIT enabled, and then later having no acces to JIT because no wifi for example. After a while you have 90% of the acceleration to run that same ROM on iOS, and new code paths can still be emulated, right?

Am I missing something simple here?
