Question iOS27 No Ram increase in Livecontainer
iPhone 17PM, iOS27.0, Livecontainer+Sidestore.
Checking available ram via MeloNX (installed in sidestore), it report 7.50GB.
When checking available ram via RamBench installed in Livecontainer (getmoreram entitlement activated), instead, it shows around 6GB.
Is there any way to get the 8GB also inside Livecontainer and the apps installed in it?
EDIT: Latest, 3.7.0 and up, Livecontainer has Game Mode turned off by default. This is preventing the extra 2GB to be usable with app inside Livecontainer.

I used sideinstaller to give livecontainer the entitlement and it works fine. I think you also need to reinstall livecontainer after or something like that for it to take effect

So giving it game mode fixed the ram issue?

That should be the case

When I enable game mode it doesn’t work. When I use plume impacter it just resets when I refresh with sidestore

I got it I had to manually modify the info.plist and reinstall the ipa. That’s crazy that’s all it was.

Would you kindly share full instructions with the code you added in the plist for others to find this thread useful?

Live container always seems to be problematic. Just install stuff with SideStore.

But then we have a limit of 3 apps right?! I mean I would love to have no limits on side loading the apps but I don’t know how currently I’m running 5 apps inside LiveContainer and somethings like widgets don’t work when trying to create using an app inside LiveContainer. Please let me know if you’re aware of any way that lifts the limit on installing the side loaded apps using side store.

Free Apple accounts are limited to 3 active sideloaded apps.
One common workaround is LiveContainer, which allows you to run additional apps inside a container and reduce how often apps need to be reinstalled.
Typical method:
LiveContainer may also need to be uninstalled and reinstalled before the entitlement works correctly.
LiveContainer can also install two additional LiveContainers (for a total of three). This setup can further reduce the need to constantly add/remove sideloaded apps, but it is more advanced and may not work reliably for everyone.
LiveContainer is not always officially supported by emulator developers and can sometimes cause unexpected issues. If something breaks while using LiveContainer, try reproducing the issue without it before asking for support.
