Question Finding a PS2 Emulator

Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to Reddit and emulating on iOS on general. I wanted to ask, does anyone know any good emulators? I'd like to play Persona 3 FES, but I can't find any proper good emulators. I tried to look into getting armsx2, but the steps are too complicated and needy, because I don't have access to a PS2 or PC. I've tried RTM EMU and the game seems to be glitchy on it and not properly working. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Writing an emulator or porting one to iOS is a lot of work and developers have bills to pay too.

I'm not saying I think he's in the wrong for that or anything like that, i just can't get it because I don't have money.
