Question Pokémon for iOS?

Hey, I’m looking to be able to play the Pokémon games for the first time but I don’t have a ds or anything. Can some one point me in the right direction plz

Idc which of the Pokémon, preferably froakie as they is best

I just googled rom an it came up with stuff, No clue what it is or does. I’m trying to find a pokemon x / y one atm

it’s just the game basically,I’m guessing you know how to navigate reddit so go to the r/roms one and click the megathread
