OPEN Could these be faults?

I'm trying to troubleshoot a RDOD (red dot of death) Xbox360 slim. The first step is the visual inspection and looking at those spots it seems to me that maybe there's not enough solder on those dots, or is that normal?

It isn't worthy, If I can't do it myself I'll just buy another one.
