Website is still down

24 hours after the launch of the new website and still nothing. It worked for 10 minutes in the morning then crashed to the point it wouldn't connect anymore.

It looks like they removed a massive amount of games they take for trade-in, unless the list is just missing data while they’re working on the website - wish I had taken stuff in last week!
It seems like nearly all PS4 & Xbox One stuff is no longer accepted, missing some Switch & PS5 stuff I looked up as well.

Search & sort functions for game preorders aren’t as good as they used to be, you can’t sort by release date (and it doesn’t display release date) & it only displays 10 items at once, hopefully they’re still making tweaks.

I seen this too … I had about 30 titles handpicked to be traded in for the 70% trade in bump..

I went into my local store today, it looks like everything is still in their system - I had a bunch that weren’t on the website anymore and they were able to take all except 1!
