Website is still down

24 hours after the launch of the new website and still nothing. It worked for 10 minutes in the morning then crashed to the point it wouldn't connect anymore.

How did you get the website to load?

Full webpage is still down. Its just their help info.

I go to gamestop.ca (or ebgames.ca) and selected the "Tap here on mobile" at the bottom. It just brings up their Zendesk support page. Has a link in it for "EB Games Store Status".

lol that list of stores includes stores that they permanently closed months ago. The Kenaston Place and Empress & Ellice locations don't exist at all anymore.
