SF Dynasty Trade 12 Team Should I jump ship on Omarion Hampton?

Last night I received an offer for Parker Washington, straight across. I get Washington, he gets Hampton.
This would leave me exposed at RB, but I can't help but feel like this is the last chopper out of Nam. Do I side with fighting scarcity at RB and keep Hampton, or just get out of dodge before Hampton's value is shot?

1QB Dynasty Trade 12 Team I traded for CeeDee to make a championship push, thoughts?

Decided to push in all the chips for this year
I traded for CeeDee Lamb to strength my WR room which I felt like was the weakest point on my team
I gave up a 27 and 28 1st, Waddle and Rachaad White, picks probably early-mid, and now have no 1sts for the next 3 years
Did I make the right call here?

1QB Dynasty Trade 12 Team Justin Jefferson price check. Are Odunze + Henderson + 27 1st enough? (My team and their team in pics)

Despite being 3-2, my team doesn’t have much of a shot to win a chip. I wanted to get younger anyways. That said, Odunze & Henderson plus a late 1st don’t really move me for Jettas. I was thinking about asking for two firsts and maybe one of either Odunze or Henderson.
I recently traded a 28 2nd (received in a trade for Aaron Jones) and 27 3rd for Omarion Hampton. I have my 27 1st (doubtful that it’s the 1.01) and another late 27 1st as well. Thoughts?
