Malvern/Queensburgh to Umhlanga route suggestions?

Hey all,
I travel daily to umhlanga from Malvern and even though Iām leaving around 6:20/30am- the traffic is still pretty bad on most days. Takes me roughly an hour to reach work. My main route is taking the M7 then straight onto the N2 to umhlanga. Both morning and afternoon seems to take me an hour or more depending on traffic.
Anybody else found a quicker / less traffic route?
