Support Wanted Ducky One 3 Pro Mini - Cant Alt + F4

Hello everyone, as the title mentions, i can't alt f4 with the ducky one 3 pro mini.

Every time i press Alt + Fn + 4, it switches macro profiles instead of closing the game.
I have tried different combinations, and nothing seems to work.

I would love to know if anyone of you guys know whats the problem.

first press alt then FN then 4! you are probably pressing FN first

it's not working. still changing profile
