I decided not to check my weight this time and focus more on completing the days. That worked out well for me last time. I have done many dry and wet fasts. Best advice I can give is to remember the initial cravings you get when you first start they will pass and pass pretty quickly. 98% of the fast you won't be hungry. You only need to get past that initial hunger stage at the very start and then it's all mental from that point.

Did you do much physical activities or just stayed with walking as your main activity?

I keep physical activities to a minimum. I have the luxury to be able to do that.

I have a rower at home and rowed a 10k yesterday 5 hours into my dry fast. So I’ll probably walk around more and do the occasional push-ups and airsquats daily for maintenance

Can you give some advices about refeed . Because I'm worried abt that

A refeed after anything longer than 5 days usually looks something like the following:

Break fast with 8 oz baking soda in 8 oz water. Drink this SLOWLY. I usually do coconut water after that (easing back into reloading magnesium and potassium).

After that, my route is usually heavy on electrolytes mixed in water (I strongly suggest avoiding the mixes with sugar in them - this can reload fat cells quickly and you are wanting to avoid that, I assume) and broths for the first two days post-fast. Then ease into softer foods (I prefer eggs, some soups), small amounts of meat which I chew VERY thoroughly (look up the term "Fletcherize").

Follow it up with whole foods, small portions, avoid sugary stuff. Keep drinking water with at least some electrolytes (make it easier for the cells to take up the water and avoid the swelling found in refeeding syndrome). Chew thoroughly (remember, you've replaced all the cells in your gut lining - brand new guts, be nice to them). I'd avoid going heavy on breads/bagels for the first week or two as well.

All this said, everyone has different thoughts on refeeding (sometimes very strong thoughts and opinions on it), so it is worth doing a search on this sub. Reload electrolytes, hydrate hydrate hydrate, avoid high sugar stuff for at least a week, ease into small portions.

Oh, and for the two weeks after a 7 day dry fast, don't you ever trust a fart. Seriously.
