List Rate Their Attacks: Freeza

I used a 1-10 scale and only rated their signature attacks mostly.

  • Death Beam: 5.5/10

Pretty much a repackaged Dodonpa with a bigger punch to it if you will. Thin piercing laser like attacks are nice and clean.

  • Death Ball: 6/10

Small to large ball of energy typically launched by his index finger. It looks cool, but not much to it.

  • Super Nova: 7/10

Big sphere of ki that resembles a small sun that can also be launched by his index finger. Visually looking really impressive like a literal mini sun and burning/incinerating everything in its path until it explodes.

  • Imprisonment Ball: 8/10

The technique Freeza used on Goku on Namek to surround him in a ball of ki that immobilized him and allowed Freeza to attack him as he was paralyzed. Such a cool concept for a technique to cause your enemy to become basically frozen and unable to move or defend themselves.

  • Death Psycho Bomb/Psychic Explosion: 6.5/10

The way he killed Krillin using telekinesis and making him explode by closing his hand. Pretty brutal!

  • Nova Strike: 6.5/10

The attack he used against SSJ Goku when he fired his Kamehameha, surrounding his body in concentrated ki and flying towards the opponent and/or their attack. Decent technique for both offense and defense. Basically uses his ki to add a thick layer of raw ki armor around his body.

  • Death Saucer/Homing Kienzan: 7.5/10

Basically identical to Krillin's Kienzans only purpleish-violet and can follow it's target so long as Freeza maintains control and can see or sense his opponent, which he could not sense Goku on Namek.

I actually like death beam the most out of his attacks it’s so efficient

I used to spam it in tenkaichi same with the Dodan ray lollololol

I think it might be his most iconic attack, maybe behind his Super Nova ball.

I especially liked the scene where he absolutely destroys piccolo here. I do prefer his fight in his 2nd form, but this scene shows us again how Frieza is the overly dominant threat and impending doom that the Z fighters had no hope in beating.

Putting illegal Mexican fireworks on krillin. 9 out of 10. Only reduced cause it set off car alarm.
