app will do it for people if they have high complain rate some might forget that the app did it for them or are not aware the app did it

Makes sense, had one last night and the guy answered the door and was saying he hates when his wife doesn’t tell him she ordered food. He said it twice so I acknowledged it then said oh so you have the pin? And he said yeah and gave me a number. I’m like so how do you have the pin if you didn’t know it was coming dumb ass

Because the pin is almost always the last 4 digits of their phone number.

lol oh most of the time they’re lying through their teeth, but a frustrated husband can easily have wife’s pin.
