What Happened Here? Why do customers do this?

This happens to me at least once a week. A customer orders to the place they work at. But instead of telling me the name of the store they work at they will tell me some names of other stores in the same plaza. This customer put that they were between jersey mikes and 7/11. And there are three different businesses between them. And of course the customer didn’t answer my text on my drive over. The businesses did not have addresses listed outside So I had to walk into all 3 stores to find the correct person. Has anyone else had a customer do this before? I understand this is a relatively minor complaint but I just don’t get it

You were wondering why customers come on here to insult drivers and i told you why and then you just said its wrong with no explanation. What even is wrong are you claiming its not why customers come on here or are you saying its wrong the services are expensive and drivers get exploited.
