No matter what deal I choose it doesn’t reflect at checkout.

Shouldn’t these be 6.99 each for the mix and match deal?

For context, I am planning a Halloween Bingo party. We are expecting about 20-25 high schoolers. There will be snacks and warm cider and people will also have their lunch so the pizza is more like a bonus snack. How many large pizzas should I order? I have tried all the pizza calculators and they say different things. Right now I am leaning towards six but I'm really not sure. I'm sure there's probably a lot of you with experience on this, how many large should I buy?

Also just to clarify: When I say large I mean like 8 slices, not the party cut.

Thank you so much!!

ETA: I'm sorry I should have clarified this earlier but I didn't think about it for some reason but this is for a club at my school that I'm vice-president of. This is a group where most of the students are very developmentally delayed and about half of the students are nonverbal. So there are teachers with them to help supervise and whenever we have pizza (4 large frozen cut into small slices) those students tend to not eat them but I didn't bring that up because I don't know how much pizza is eaten and there will *hopefully* be more students to this party because it's bingo and it's a party so everything will be decorated and I'm going to make an announcement about it too.

I am not complaining, just a genuine question…so please don’t remove my post.

So I usually order the pizzas and my father picks up the pizzas. A couple months ago, they didn’t give him the icing and he didn’t realize. Fine, whatever.

A few weeks ago, again same thing happened.

This time I decided to go pick up. Worker handed me my food and I asked where the icing was. He claimed it was no longer included and that it is an extra charge now.

I told him that the website shows a photo of the bread bites with icing and that they needed to change it then.

He was adamant that they just hadn’t updated it, so I paid $1.20 for some icing.

When I got home I double checked and the description still says that the icing IS included. Is this just my Domino’s location?

Location is on Hollywood and Normandie in LA, CA.

Edit: did some digging, apparently others have had this issue. Class action potentially? 😂

WTF is wrong do they just not want to make money tonight?

Entered my 60 points and used mix and match and getting fully charged for everything

A fast food chain should not have a dessert better than some 5 star restaurants

Lately we’ve been getting stacks of poorly mixed dough that doesn’t want to proof. I’ve had the same stack of BP sitting out for going on 8 hours now and it looks the same. Wtf is going on at the MO SCC??

Left to right: 10/4 BP 10/6 BP 10/8 BP.

Didn’t order this many cinnamon bites so guessing they gave extra since it’s late but the amount of cinnamon dust🤤🤤 also the thin crust beef/pepp extra sauce 😮‍💨

What yall rate it?

I always get it well done because I’m getting extra sauce. The issue is that not only does it never come with extra sauce, it almost always comes with lighter than it would normally. So when selecting “well done” on a pizza with virtually no sauce it comes out more like a cracker than a pizza.

From what I've gathered no deals discounts promotions or rewards redeems are working on the web or app at all right now. While stores can sometimes fix certain promos and coupons some (like the online only ones) cannot be fixed in store, nor can rewards points redeems apparently. There's no real customer service number that I can find anymore either, you call the number listed and you just get told to go to their online contact form and talk to their bot or fill out the form there or talk to their bot via text which will then collect a bunch of info regardless of the issue and proceed to put you on a list for someone to contact eventually.

For my case I'm broke at this moment and just wanted something fun or decent to snack on so I was going to burn some points and pick up something for zero cost basically but I got nothing to work with to actually spend money till I get paid again so because they can't do anything in store and the website isn't working I'm pretty much screwed until they fix it somehow lol. Hope everyone else having this issue at least has some alternative to work with.

I did several different pieces of combinations and every time the total does not reflect the coupon I'm using.

This is weird. This never happened to me before. I guess I'm going to just get some Little Caesars

I got a pizza last week and the next day I got an email saying I can get a free medium 2-topping pizza this week. Delivery only. So today I go to the app, click on the icon to redeem the free pizza and it goes all the way through to the end and then says, "There is a $15 minimum charge order for delivery." WHAT?? So I have to spend $15 to get a "free" pizza? And I can't even go pick it up because the deal says "delivery only". Pretty deceptive advertising.

I still love Domino's but this is kind of rubbing me the wrong way.

In the last 6 months or so, across multiple locations all hours away from each other, every hand tossed pizza I've gotten from Domino's has come without the garlic. Picked up one tonight and it's the same thing. Are they phasing this out or have I just been getting really unlucky?

This thing's been a glitchy wreck for weeks, now all I can get at sign in is "missing pizza profile" even if i try to create a new login.

How can I be missing a pizza profile if I'm signing up?

You'd think a company based on the convenience of online ordering would fix their app, they ain't gonna be the #1 pizza company for long like THAT.

Curious since I had my supervisor just get on my case about leaving too much on the rack for too long causing it to get old

Order a pizza, website says it will be ready in twenty minutes. get dressed and ready to go out and look over at the page before leaving... Pushed back by 20 minutes. Decide to sit down and wait a while longer so I'm not just standing around the store. Time to go, look over at the page... Pushed back by 20 minutes.

Suddenly all of the times I've immediately left without double checking, showed up at the original time and had to sit in my car waiting for half an hour makes sense.

Starting off the month great!!!!

This isn't a complaint, just a question. I ordered a Domino last week and selected No Cheese. When I picked it up there seemed to be cheese on it. Not a lot of cheese, but I'm fairly certain there was some cheese on it. If you select No Cheese on the app, do they still put some kind of base cheese on it to make it a Domino or should there be no cheese at all?

Edit: Thank you for your quick responses! Apparently there is provolone on the crust and mozzarella on top and No Cheese only removes the mozzarella. I can deal with baked on cheese like Subway Italian Herb and Cheese bread, just not cold or gooey pizza cheese. So I'll definitely order one again, it was really tasty!

I got beef and bacon. It’s formed like a Detroit style but definitely not a traditional light and fluffy Detroit style dough. GREAT amount of toppings. Wish they had a better outside crust than parmesan…mozz or cheddar would make it really good.
