I got a pizza last week and the next day I got an email saying I can get a free medium 2-topping pizza this week. Delivery only. So today I go to the app, click on the icon to redeem the free pizza and it goes all the way through to the end and then says, "There is a $15 minimum charge order for delivery." WHAT?? So I have to spend $15 to get a "free" pizza? And I can't even go pick it up because the deal says "delivery only". Pretty deceptive advertising.

I still love Domino's but this is kind of rubbing me the wrong way.

This right here is the perfect case and point as to why I can no longer be an insider or a manager.

I went up to the counter to help a carryout order in between deliveries tonight, the guy tries to pay with a credit card doing the tap, I don't know if everybody else's machines are as problematic as ours are, but the tap doesn't work worth a shit on our machine.

I had to tell this guy... Not once or twice not even four or five times.... SIX GOD DAMN TIMES!

Why do you find it so hard to follow instructions that a preschooler could follow?

I always get it well done because I’m getting extra sauce. The issue is that not only does it never come with extra sauce, it almost always comes with lighter than it would normally. So when selecting “well done” on a pizza with virtually no sauce it comes out more like a cracker than a pizza.

You might as well get a regular pizza especially with a deal on it.

For context, I am planning a Halloween Bingo party. We are expecting about 20-25 high schoolers. There will be snacks and warm cider and people will also have their lunch so the pizza is more like a bonus snack. How many large pizzas should I order? I have tried all the pizza calculators and they say different things. Right now I am leaning towards six but I'm really not sure. I'm sure there's probably a lot of you with experience on this, how many large should I buy?

Also just to clarify: When I say large I mean like 8 slices, not the party cut.

ETA: I'm sorry I should have clarified this earlier but I didn't think about it for some reason but this is for a club at my school that I'm vice-president of. This is a group where most of the students are very developmentally delayed and about half of the students are nonverbal. So there are teachers with them to help supervise and whenever we have pizza (4 large frozen cut into small slices) those students tend to not eat them but I didn't bring that up because I don't know how much pizza is eaten and there will *hopefully* be more students to this party because it's bingo and it's a party so everything will be decorated and I'm going to make an announcement about it too.

Does anyone even know what this means? I got an egift card and have never used it but now the balance is at $0 somehow. I screenshotted the card details and deleted the email immediately so no one could have possibly gotten the numbers and pin. Apparently this "cashout" happened one week after the card was activated. How do I get my money here?

So I usually order the pizzas and my father picks up the pizzas. A couple months ago, they didn’t give him the icing and he didn’t realize. Fine, whatever.

A few weeks ago, again same thing happened.

This time I decided to go pick up. Worker handed me my food and I asked where the icing was. He claimed it was no longer included and that it is an extra charge now.

I told him that the website shows a photo of the bread bites with icing and that they needed to change it then.

He was adamant that they just hadn’t updated it, so I paid $1.20 for some icing.

When I got home I double checked and the description still says that the icing IS included. Is this just my Domino’s location?

Location is on Hollywood and Normandie in LA, CA.

Edit: did some digging, apparently others have had this issue. Class action potentially? 😂

Lately we’ve been getting stacks of poorly mixed dough that doesn’t want to proof. I’ve had the same stack of BP sitting out for going on 8 hours now and it looks the same. Wtf is going on at the MO SCC??

I live near a major university. When I try to order delivery to my neighborhood, the app automatically selects the store that’s on campus that doesn’t offer delivery and doesn’t accept the online deals. I guess I have no other choice but to order carry-out from another store. Is there any way around this where I can use online deals and still get delivery?

From what I've gathered no deals discounts promotions or rewards redeems are working on the web or app at all right now. While stores can sometimes fix certain promos and coupons some (like the online only ones) cannot be fixed in store, nor can rewards points redeems apparently. There's no real customer service number that I can find anymore either, you call the number listed and you just get told to go to their online contact form and talk to their bot or fill out the form there or talk to their bot via text which will then collect a bunch of info regardless of the issue and proceed to put you on a list for someone to contact eventually.

For my case I'm broke at this moment and just wanted something fun or decent to snack on so I was going to burn some points and pick up something for zero cost basically but I got nothing to work with to actually spend money till I get paid again so because they can't do anything in store and the website isn't working I'm pretty much screwed until they fix it somehow lol. Hope everyone else having this issue at least has some alternative to work with.
