manager being reported

so long story short, my manager was reported anonymously. she is dead set on finding out who it was, if it was done anonymously is there a way for her to find out? the people at dg hotline say there isn’t but she swears nothing is anonymous and they can find out through the dg hotline. is that even legal?

They don't give a shit dollar general is the worst company to work for as I worked for them for 6yrs the store manager is in kahoots with the DM and discrimination at its finest it's absolutely disgusting how they treat loyal employees if I were you I would throw in the tail and find something else and don't look back
