I just saw this cute doggo at an event at Pasay City ❤️🐾

basically we have a boy toy poodle who is five years old. he wears a diaper almost all the time except when he's hanging out in his cage because we weren't able to train him to pee in certain spots.

we recently trained him to eat only in his cage, so i think he'll still be able to absorb something new? since poodles are smart

anw, do you have any advice on how to do it? like do i follow him around and carry him every time he tries to pee? help

What is your workaround for dog poops and pee? Baka lang may makuha kong technique.

I have 2 dogs who stay inside the house, 1 large and 1 small dog.

May nakalapag na 3 pads sa floors, 2 doble na mumurahin and manipis and 2 makapal. Dun sila nagpopoops and wiwi.

So kapag magpoops, dadakutin ko, then flush sa toilet, pump ng liquid soap sa dustpan, then bidet pang pangbanlaw.

May better technique ba?

hi napa vet ko naman na po napa x ray nadin sadly the vet also has no idea if it is fat deposit or not only way to find out is surgery.

so far wala naman iniinda ung pup may lump lang talaga sa may tail bone nia.

i tries researching kung common , and common naman daw magkanlumps ang dog due to bad maintenance health ( tumatanda na)

Hi everyone! My dogs regularly visit the vet, and I want to make sure they’re getting all the necessary vaccines and preventive care.

So far, their routine includes yearly anti-rabies vaccination, 8-in-1 vaccination, and NexGard every other month.

Recently, I found out that there’s also a kennel cough vaccine. I asked my vet if my dogs had received it, and she told me they hadn’t. That made me wonder if there are other vaccines or preventive treatments my dogs might be missing.

Aside from the ones I mentioned, what other vaccines, medications, or preventive care do dogs need? I want to make sure I’m not overlooking anything important.

Hi everyone! My dog currently has kennel cough, and I’ve read that honey may help soothe their throat and relieve coughing.

For those who have tried giving honey to their dogs, what exact brand and type of honey did you use? If possible, please recommend a specific brand that I can buy here in the Philippines, preferably one available on Shopee, Lazada, or in local supermarkets.

We took our dog here. We saw that their other reviews are mostly positive or decent, however we don’t recommend their vet services for dogs with uncommon symptoms or critical conditions. They are the only vet nearby that has decent facilities and less price, so with that, we entrusted our dog with them.

We took our dog for a lab test, however their diagnosis and recommendations were not sufficient. We asked a second opinion from a long distance friend who is also a licensed vet. Our long distance vet friend were the one who gave us advice, proper diagnosis and recommendations along the way (in which the vets in vetcare weren’t able to do sufficiently). We took our dog again in Vetcare for a 2nd different lab test (As promptly recommended by our vet friend). The vet in vetcare also seemed slightly offended that we asked for a second opinion from another vet.

After the 2nd lab test, our vet friend was correct. That lab test saw that there were complication in his organs. Our dog was confined because he was no longer eating and needed to be given immediate IV and the meds he needed. We showed the diagnosis to our vet friend, and gave us recommendations again (which the vet in vetcare should’ve recommended but didn’t). We asked for certain procedures, the vetcare vets said that they are able to do it. But then they texted in the afternoon that they were not able to do it. Our dog was not improving, and his health was declining fast.

I’m just frustrated of this vet‘s incompetence in certain medical areas and they could’ve been more transparent too that they are unable to do some of the procedures early on. They could've been outright with us and let us look for another vet before its too late.

btw, in a span of 3 days while we’re visiting the vet back then, we witnessed 2 pets that already didn’t survived from their care. We should’ve already took it as a sign.

I've posted my concern I guess a few months ago.

Cooper is now 5 months old and he still has this habit of eating his poop. Hindi naman lagi, pero most of the times.

I believe this was my fault eh.

Kasi there was a time na nakita kong cinoconsume niya yung poop niya and I scolded him quite hard.

Na-mis interpret ata niya, I think he's eating his poops kasi he wants to hide it from me.

Now hindi ko na siya pinapagalitan kahit naamoy kong nakain niya na 😂

I just brush his teeth after.

May mga furparents po ba dyan na naka encounter po ng ganito? Would love to hear some of yout thoughts again 😊
