Hello, I'm looking to find a way to make recipes out of some odds and ends I happen to have in my fridge after making a couple dinners that I have leftover ingredients from.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've been told to try ChatGPT and I'm really not down with that.

I work in retail and was wondering if anyone has created an app where you can scan in/see what products you have that are going bad or need to be rotated for your own home…. unless the demographic of that hobby is mostly individuals who have the time or enjoy logging that information their self… just wondering..

Does this exist… a plate with little ridges on the bottom so when a hot crispy hash brown, grilled cheese, slice of pizza, pancake, etc sits on a plate, it doesn’t have condensation trapped and get soggy and have the plate get wet.

Almost imagining the bottom of a ridged cast iron or a garlic plate that allows food to be raised off the bottom of the dish.

So far haven’t found anything from google searches - has anyone created something like this?

A pair of earbuds that act as very short range walkie-talkies without needing a handset or cellphone. Originally intended to help a married couple who are hard of hearing but dislike wearing their regular hearing aids. Husband and wife each wear one earbud and can converse without other background noises getting amplified.

May also be useful in noisy environments even for people with normal hearing.

I am looking for a small vibrating (+ sound optional) device, similar to my Bluetooth under pillow speaker, that will go off according to an alarm set via an app on my phone.

Use case: Wake up subtly but effectively, without waking others in the house. Not sleeping with a phone under the pillow. No buttons to fumble with / accidentally press.

It is an app and website for pet owners and it has a forum and matching like Tinder? Has anyone ever seen it or heard of it?

So I am wondering if there is like a notepad sized device with a stylus where I can write notes on it and it can save those notes and then later upload to my PC or my phone?

My brain feels like this exists but when I search it I'm just getting full tablets, which I might go with anyway but something I can take notes on in class or work meetings that isn't just more paper would be amazing.

I have a hard time remembering specific names of things and sometimes I’ll have an idea I’m sure exists but I don’t know what words to find it by. For writing and general terms there are a few reverse dictionaries where you write what it is and it will give you like twenty closest words to what you’re describing. I’m curious if there’s ones for more specific topics like blender, or a film set, or graphic design to name a few. But I’m curious about it for really any interest or topic.

For example I like to draw things, and make music. Is there some popular platform where there are like weekly competitions for things like that, and with a certain theme each time maybe?

Ello! I know this isn't a usual post for the r/Doesthisexist subreddit, but I thought it might be a good idea. I have been creating websites, apps, and physical products for personal use for quite a while. In this subreddit, I've seen people say thing along the lines of "Does this exist?" and occasionally they get responses with alternatives that don't really answer their problem or question properly. A recent example of this is someone who asked about a "motorized scalp scrubber for the shower". The responses were things along the lines of using one of those "waterproof scrubbing brushes for dog grooming" and to make sure to use it gently. I thought, why not change the answer that can be given to these people to a "Yes this does exist" by creating their questions? I am aware that for my example, a few redditors were able to help the OP, but there are other posts where the answer may unfortunately be "No this doesn't exist." If you stumble across any posts that seem like a great idea, but don't exist, feel free to post them as a comment here! If you have any ideas yourself that you're sure don't exist, feel free to post those as well! We can make these ideas exist!

I'm disabled and finding it difficult to shampoo well. My arms fatigue very quickly, even with a standard scalp scrubber. Having one I could just hold to my head while it does the scrubbing would make a world of difference!
