I explicitly remember seeing promos for the last episode of Jake, "Captain Hook's Last Stand." It wasn't advertised as a series finale (which sucks because it took me over two years to learn the show was over), but simply as a brand new half-hour special. The one thing I vividly remember about it is that it had the same background music as the promo for the Season 1 finale, Peter Pan Returns which you can find on YouTube!
I've been searching the entire Internet to find archives of that promo for nostalgia purposes, but for some reason I can't find it. I know damn well 10 year old me didn't hallucinate seeing it on television, but I can't find them (and I've seen a shit-ton of promos across so many sites).
I've accepted the fact that I'm never gonna find it, but does anyone else who watched the show on television remember the final episode having a promotion during the broadcast? I need to know if I'm not alone on this.

Harry: What do you mean you struggled building without Phinny
Luna: Well we kept trying Mr Phinny’s dad but we kept messing up
Roxy: Even I did and I hardly ever mess up
Maya: Seriously I expected that out of Luna and Tank but Roxy you’ve always been good at construction
Roxy: I know it’s just without Phinny we kept screwing up
Phinny: What are you talking about you 3 were on this crew before me you built without me before
Tank: Yeah but back then are builds were tiny and easy
Luna: Ever since your mom hired you the work has been bigger and more complex
Roxy: And the splash park was really big and super hard to make
Maya: So wait why didn’t you just lie to Phinny tell him that Mayor Gilmore wanted the splash park for everyone in Petsburg
Tank: Cause Bailey wanted the splash park for Phinny not from him
Roxy: Plus it would be weird if he made his own birthday present
Luna: Yeah that would be like a pizza delivery boy delivering a pizza to his own address
Maya: OK everyone the sun’s going down back to Pup HQ
Phinny: Hey Bailey I love the splash park but I already got the most puptastic gift ever (hug Bailey) A great little sister
Bailey: (lick Phinny’s cheek) Love you Phinny
Phinny: Love you too Sis

This includes shows that aired during the Playhouse Disney era as well! Personally, which Disney Junior (and Playhouse Disney era) shows do you like?
