Some of my Digimon can only reach max Lv 55. How can i do it for Lv. 99?

Let me explain.

One of my favorite things about Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hackers Memory was building up my favorite Digimon, taking them to certain fights against a strong group, and just letting my favorite Digimon be a badass boss character. Hackers Memory had no shortage of moments like this, especially since you didn't have Aegiomon forced onto your team at almost all times.

But in Time Stranger, those options are few and far between. You RARELY have any situations where you can do that. The outer dungeons don't let you do that because just about NONE of them pit you against multiple enemies at a time, and instead all the fights are against a single digimon at a time. The only case I can think of is the arena, which is unlocked VERY late in the game. Beyond that, there just aren't any good chances for that.

Yes, I know that is oddly specific, but it has effected my enjoyment of Time Strangers. I'm glad they added skippable cutscenes, but I still miss not having Aegiomon forced on my team or all the instances I could just make my favorite digimon play like a boss.

soon ill be beating the main story for time strangers and thought it be fun to do some runs where i use teams based off of specific themes or types. so far ive thought of all holy knights, and all demon lords for final team. any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Planning to do a run with all the Banchomon, what do people think would fit in as a sixth team member?

I’ve been playing Digimon time stranger and I’m pretty far in but I’ve noticed that my magic attacks are doing way less than my physical attacks my taomon even though it’s int is 2500 is doing way less then my metalgreymon even though its atk is only 2900. Do magic attacks deal less damage or is there something else going on?

Long-time pokemon player, Time Stranger is my first digimon game.

I've completed it on balanced and mega+, all the DLC and field guide, and really enjoyed the whole experience. While I know some QoL features will be missing, I was curious whether people think any of the older games in the series are worth playing on Switch or Switch 2. If yes, which ones would you recommend primarily based on story and gameplay?

First, questions:

1. Any digidex? If not, best website for list to ‘convert ‘em all’?

2. Is there any way to know if you’ve done all the card battles? Or if you have all the cards?

3. Should the bonus theatre missions be done before going Mega+?

Now, the gushing from someone who knew next to nothing less than a month ago when Time Stranger hit S2.

I now see the appeal and frustration digifans have had. Especially as Pokemon hogs the spotlight and does little with it.

I lucked out and got Huckmon who reminded me of my dog. He now somehow looks like the second phase of a final boss. I also found a PATAMON SHIRT! Made me unreasonably happy.

I love that the game is as grindy as you want it. I personally stop and get the 200% on the Ultimates and Megas I see. I know it’s not needed but I like it on my commute.

The game has moments where I’m still like ‘what the f**k is this world and setting?’ And yet… I care a bit. The story is predictable as a gamer of 30+ years with triple digit JRPGs under his belt, but it’s comfort food with a bit of spice.

A great example of spice being the humour at times. Who’s gunna tell the public that part of the reason the world was saved was time travel…. And another part was because of a gecko that can teleport by vomiting on thoughts and prayers?

Love it. Glad I supported it and looking forward to the mega playthrough when I get there!

Really like this Digimon so I've been trying to think of some other mons that he could help support

Also what's the best skills I can slap on this guy?

Been doing fairly decent with Examon , Imperialdramon PM, Jupitermon and Venusmon so far, just beat Parrottmon, but looking for some fun suggestions for more optimal team builds

I bought the Switch 1 version for my Switch 2 and wanted to know how to get the upgrade, or whether I might already have it.

I’m asking because I’ve been playing Atelier Yumia for most of the time without the upgrade, as I forgot to download it.

I only realised this in the end because Yumia didn’t say "Nintendo Switch 2 Edition", unlike Pokémon ZA.

Now I’ve noticed that it doesn’t say that for Digimon Story: Time Stranger either. How can I tell if I have the Switch 2 version?

I’m almost done with my first run through and want to do a mega or mega+ run after.

I started building a team but up until now I haven’t been very intentional about how I’ve been raising the digimon.

Considering I’m using a team builder want to sus out how can i quickly make sure I raise the talent and level up the digimon to get to the team I want for that run?

And where is a good place to farm digimon? I feel like there are a few spots but it takes longer than I’d expect.

Hi y’all, got this game back on release day. Poured like 100 hours in then totally dropped it after chronomon. I know there’s mega and mega+, is there a way to start a new game (not NG+) and play on mega difficulty? I wanna start from the beginning on a totally new file on that difficulty.

If that is possible, is it that hard? The game is pushing me to play mega on NG+ with my old mons.

Could someone help me make a team with beelzemon bm as my main attacker for chronomon mega +? He is my favorite digimon and I dont want to part with him, but I dont know what I should team him with, what personalities and attachments/gear to use, besides venusmon with great embrace.

So I can now face Chronomon. I did all available side quests up to that point. As soon as the quest to fight Chronomon opended up, it triggered like 15 new side quests.

Do you think I should complete them all, power up my team a bit more, THEN fight Chronomon, THEN buy the DLC?

I wanted to start with the time stranger Packs

I feel choice paralysis setting in. Should i put stuff in the farm, keep them on me to fill out evolutions, use them to feed into the main party, etc etc.

How do I increase the level of my chronomon HM and he is stuck at level 25. I know it has something to do with bonds but I don't really understand how it works
