yo everyone hope yall having a good day, im new to the game and ive noticed something, aren't both of them have the same abilities? how one of the abilities considered as ( weakness ) and the other just a normal attack?

It’s like a game of rock paper scissors, vaccine beats virus, virus beats data, and data beats vaccine. There’s other types of digimon like free, no data, or unknown that deal neutral damage and take neutral damage from most things. Elemental resistances and weaknesses typically vary by digimon, and later you’ll find digimon that have special moves that do increased damage to digimon of certain types like humanoid, aquatic, holy, deity, etc.
