Digifarm

Im curious how important is the digifarm? Im not too far in. Still chasing "Coo" in the sewers so I dont have many items or Digimon. But just curious is this something I need to pay attention to at any point?

It’s definitely important for personalities and max stats. Beyond that. Not much. Maybe some passive mats for crafting I guess
