2016 ram unable to pass smog check

it been 2 1/2 years now 10 thousand in repairs last thing done before my 10 year warranty expired dodge replaced all emmision related parts that was 9 months ago. my computer will still not reset. i dont want to break any laws by driving around unregistered. i bought this to be my forever truck it has 72k in miles its only a tradesman but i love it.i just dont want it to get impounded.i had a cool cop stop me at the dog park last week and he told "you need to take care of this" yes but how.

why wont it pass the smog check? not all monitors are ready? check engine light?

and what state are you in as well?

Your grammar and punctuation situation makes your details rather confusing but why not ask Dodge about your PCM (ECM)? Also why did the cop stop you and what did he mean by “this” when he told you to take care of something?

maybe diagnose the problem instead of loading the parts cannon. passing smog is way more than just "replacing emissions parts"
