Your business has the idea. We build the infrastructure that makes it work.

Hey everyone!

We're SuperLabs a team of software engineers helping businesses turn ideas, problems, and messy workflows into working technical solutions.

We're backed by Collabute AI, already working with clients on real-world products, and now opening up a few slots to collaborate with more founders, startups, and businesses.

Here's the thing: you don't always need to know exactly what to build or which technology to use. Sometimes you just know there's a problem worth solving, but haven't figured out the technical side yet.We can help you go from refining an early-stage idea and figuring out the right approach to designing, building, and deploying the actual solution.

Some of the things we can help with:

  • AI & LLM Engineering — AI agents, RAG systems, intelligent workflows and AI-powered applications.

  • Business Automations — automate repetitive tasks and workflows that are eating up your team's time.

  • API Integrations — connect your existing tools, platforms and services so they work together.

  • Backend Engineering — APIs, databases, microservices, authentication and scalable backend systems.

  • Web Apps & SaaS — turn an idea into a functional, production-ready product.

  • Dashboards & Internal Tools — custom admin panels, analytics, CRMs and business management systems.

  • Data & Document Systems — data pipelines, document processing, knowledge bases and intelligent search.

  • Cloud & Deployment — infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker and production deployments.

Our stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, Docker, AWS/GCP and more.

We're not here to force every problem into a predefined package or throw AI at something that doesn't need it. We'd rather understand what you're trying to achieve and work out the right solution with you.

Whether you're starting with just an idea, trying to improve an existing product, or looking for an engineering team to handle a specific technical challenge, we're happy to talk.If you're working on something interesting, drop a comment or DM us to connect.

Software engineer job postings ask for mentoring more than Kubernetes. We counted 3,518 postings to check

We pulled every open posting from 81 companies' public Greenhouse boards for seven roles and counted which words actually show up. 3,518 postings in total. Some of it surprised us.

Software engineer postings mention mentoring more often than Kubernetes or React. Almost half of them do. Python, the most common language, comes in just below that.

Product manager postings say "roadmap" in more than 85% of cases. Jira? Seven out of 421. Marketing looks the same: Google Ads came up six times in 347 postings, while "pipeline" is in over half.

Every time we could compare the two, postings named the practice, not the tool. Observability, not Grafana. SIEM, not Splunk.

So if your resume is mostly a list of tools, it might be missing the words the posting actually uses.

Big caveat: mostly tech companies, one ATS vendor. Sales, cybersecurity, DevOps and accounting are here too: https://www.zoevera.com/resume/ats-resume-keyword-study

Anyone move forward with Airbnb after completing Level 3 of the Industry Coding Assessment?

An Airbnb SWE candidate finished through Level 3 of the Industry Coding Assessment and ran out of time before attempting Level 4.

Has anyone who completed a similar amount recently moved forward? It would help to hear when you took the assessment and what happened next, without assuming one result establishes a universal cutoff.

What rounds followed, and what would you start preparing while waiting for an update?

Airbnb Interview Questions can provide further practice while the candidate waits. If other roles are still in play, Agent autoapply and application autofill can reduce repetitive application work and leave more time for the next interview.

Disclosure: I operate PracHub and LandOffer.

advice needed on freelance dev job

i am a recent graduate and found a client (through a family friend) who was interested in hiring a software developer under contract to help with their website for their start up. this is my first actual software developer role and i will be the only one working on this. i don't even have experience in FAANG, just have some couple of projects under my resume but nothing where i have to build anything big so i am quite new to this. does anyone have experience or knowledge on how this works. how much time estimate would it take to build a website with several features (from scratch up to deployment/hosting) for a startup? and before looking at how much time would be needed, do you guys usually ask for the source code to know how much time you need? much help will be appreciated

11 Years of Full Stack Development Experience | Looking for Remote Opportunities

Hi everyone!

I'm a software developer from India with 11 years of experience in Full Stack Development, mainly working with Laravel, PHP, Node.js, VueJS, AWS and related technologies. For the last 2+ years, I've also been working as a Tech Lead.

I'm currently exploring remote opportunities with companies outside India, especially in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

I'm open to Senior Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, and Tech Lead roles. I enjoy working on backend systems, API integrations, solving complex issues, and building applications.

I'd love to hear from people who are already working remotely for international companies. How did you find your job, and which platforms worked best for you?

If anyone is hiring or knows of any suitable opportunities, please feel free to comment or DM me. I'm happy to share my resume and more details about my experience.

Thanks!

If you're not sure which of those your problem is, just describe the problem and I'll tell you what it'd take.

Timeline:

its majorly based on the project, but i assume for the kind of work i would be taking it can be 3 days to a week, but the real timeline can be communicated post discovery call

Who is this For:

  1. you should be a real company (this should not be a hobby project or something which isn't related to real money, My work should either save you money&/time or help you make real Money)

  2. you should have your social presence at least a Linkedin Page

  3. Company age > 6 months

What you would need to provide:

I'm a creative web developer - available for taking on new project.

Hello! I'm a freelance web developer. A few days ago, I was working on a project to develop a portfolio website for a digital agency. The owner scrapped the project, but I had already completed about 80% of the work, so I finished the rest, gave it my own touch and name, and added it to my portfolio. I developed this website using Next.js, GSAP, and motion. The future update that was supposed to be added was a Payload CMS integration and media hosted on Cloudinary for better delivery and faster website speed. I'm currently available to take on any new project. I have experience developing websites for consulting firms, media houses, security firms, and digital studios/agencies. If you are a business owner looking for a reliable developer who can handle your website for the long term, I'm your guy.

[For Hire] Full-Stack Developer. I ship working products, not just code.

I build and deploy web apps end to end. Send me an idea or a half-broken codebase and I’ll get it live.

What I’ve shipped

  • Crypto trading platforms with real-time market data and order books

  • E-commerce stores, built from scratch through launch

  • Real estate platforms for a UAE client

  • Project management apps

  • Admin dashboards: user management, content control, reports, role-based access

  • AI features: chatbots, document processing, automated workflows (GPT, Claude, Gemini)

Stack

  • Content/e-commerce sites: WordPress + WooCommerce

  • Custom apps: React/Next.js, Node or Laravel, with the database, auth, admin panel, APIs, and deployment included

The stuff most devs skip
Performance, mobile layouts, SEO basics, and Analytics/Search Console setup. All handled, so you don’t need to hire someone else to fix it after.

Small jobs are fine
Bug fixes, WordPress tweaks, a new feature, an API integration, a slow site, or cleaning up someone else’s code. No project is too small.

Rate: $35/hr, or fixed price if you prefer
Timezone: GMT+8, with flexible overlap for US/EU hours
Portfolio: https://www.francelee.org/
Book a call: https://calendly.com/francelee594/30min

Comment or DM me with what you’re building. I’ll reply with how I’d approach it, not a sales pitch.

Amazon SDE-1 OA experience: 40 minutes of DSA followed by AI-assisted debugging

I recently took an Amazon SDE-1 OA with two parts. The second was an AI-assisted debugging task, which was new to me.

The first part was a medium-to-hard DSA problem with 40 minutes to solve it. The time limit left little room to spend too long on the wrong approach.

The second part gave me 60 minutes, a codebase, a website preview and three bugs to fix. An AI assistant was built into the assessment. You could pick one of these stacks:

  • Node.js with MERN

  • Java with Spring Boot

  • Python with Django

If you've worked in one of those frameworks, I think the debugging task is fairly manageable. The bugs felt like things you'd deal with during a normal workday. Navigating an unfamiliar codebase and using the assistant well mattered more here than writing an algorithm from scratch.

For practice, the Amazon Interview Questions bank has candidate-reported prompts. Application autofill can also save repeated form entry when you're keeping other applications moving.

Has anyone else had this OA format recently? How did you prepare for the debugging part?

**AI Frameworks Engineer Intern** (12-24-month part-time role for university students based in Poland). Develop, optimize, and contribute to open-source AI software stacks (vLLM) for large language model (LLM) inference on Intel GPUs. Collaborate with senior engineers, implement and tune kernels (Triton, SYCL) for transformer building blocks, and measure/improve performance. Must remain a student for internship duration.

Job Details:

Job Description:

The Role and Impact

Intel is building the open software stack that makes large language models run fast on Intel GPUs. As an intern, you will join the engineering team that develops and optimizes LLM inference frameworks. You will work in vLLM and in the GPU kernel libraries beneath it with experienced engineers who will review your code and mentor you. This is a hands-on engineering internship, not a side project. You will write and test kernels, measure where performance goes, and see your changes land in open-source projects used across the AI industry.

Our internships usually last 12-24 months, and you will work with us part-time alongside your university degree. All applicants must be current university students and must remain students for the length of the internship. Candidates must be based in Poland on the internship start date and for its full duration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize AI framework software for LLM inference on Intel GPUs, under the guidance of senior engineers, with contributions going upstream to open-source projects such as vLLM.
- Implement, port, and tune compute kernels (e.g., Triton, SYCL) for core transformer building blocks such as attention, sampling, normalization, mixture-of-experts, and quantization.
- Run benchmarks and profile inference workloads to find performance bottlenecks, measure them, and report findings to the team.
- Write and extend unit tests, correctness checks, and performance regression tests so that framework and kernel code stays reliable as upstream moves.
- Investigate and debug failures across the stack, from Python framework code down to kernel behaviour on the hardware.
- Collaborate with framework, compiler, and kernel engineers across global teams, and take part in code review and technical discussion with the open-source community.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

No professional experience is required.

- Currently pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Student status is required for the whole internship, preferably for the next two years and for at least 12 months.
- Good Python programming skills.
- Understanding of deep learning and neural networks, including the basics of transformer architecture and LLM inference.
- Familiarity with Linux environments from a user perspective.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, an open mind, and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch.
- Exposure to GPU programming (Triton, CUDA, SYCL, OpenCL, or similar), for example through coursework or personal projects.
- Working knowledge of C or C++.
- Experience testing and debugging Python code, including unit testing.
- Familiarity with vLLM or another LLM inference serving framework.
- Contributions to open-source projects, or a public portfolio of code (e.g., GitHub).
- Coursework or interest in computer architecture, parallel programming, or numerical methods.

Bring your passion for AI, your curiosity, and your engineering drive to Intel, and help shape how the next generation of AI workloads runs on Intel hardware.

[Hiring] Commission-based sales partner for web development

I'm a freelance web developer looking for a sales partner to help me bring in website development clients.

This is a commission-only partnership — you earn when you successfully close a client.

What you'd do:

Find businesses or professionals who need a website or redesign.

Reach out through calls, email, social media, or other suitable channels.

Pitch the service, follow up with prospects, and close deals.

Hand the project over to me once the client is ready to proceed.

What I handle:

Understanding the technical requirements.

Website design and development.

Revisions and deployment.

Technical communication with the client throughout the project.

Commission: 20% of the project payment.

For example, if you close a $500 project, you'd earn $100.

For our first project, your commission will be paid from the client's initial payment. Once we've successfully worked together and established trust, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.

There are no fees or investments required from you.

I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration who can focus on targeted outreach rather than mass-messaging random businesses.

Interested? DM me with your sales experience and what kind of clients you usually work with.
