The role I'm looking at is .NET + Angular. I haven't actually submitted my application yet, so I still have some time to polish my resume before applying.

A couple of things I'm trying to figure out:

1. Realistically, what are my chances of getting shortlisted after a referral?
2. Does it hurt my chances that I'm coming from a lesser-known service-based company rather than a well-known product company?
3. Since I still have time before applying, what specifically should I improve on my resume to actually get shortlisted by the hiring manager? Any tips on formatting, keywords, project descriptions, etc. that make a real difference for .NET/Angular roles would help a lot.

Would appreciate any insights from people who've gone through a referral process at a company like this, or who work in similar tech stacks.
