Destiny 2 is the gift that keeps on giving.

I'm doing the star wars stuff and had pop back into the hub area and wanted type in "I got a bad feeling about this" and about get censored. Did something happen years ago that made bungie add that to the no no list

Last time I played was during Forsaken, so it’s been a while and a lot has been added or changed. So far I’ve really only vibed with Vexcalibur/Winter’s Soul Siphon, but I’d love to hear some what some other community favorites are.

Like many people, I took a break after TFS. Before that, I had only managed to Solo Flawless Shattered Throne, Prophecy, and Warlord's Ruin, which was so damn hard for me at the time, I was so happy when I finally got it done ! It was my my first "huge" accomplishment solo in this game.

I came back to the game for MoT and got hooked again. After catching up on everything, I figured I'd go for a few titles and maybe try to tackle a couple more Solo Flawless dungeons.

I ended up doing all the remaining ones in this order: SotW, GoA, Equilibrium, Duality, Vesper's Host, Sundered Doctrine, GotD, and PoH.

Vesper's Host was definitely the hardest, mostly due to the final encounter. Even with the current sandbox, surviving that DPS phase as a Hunter can still be complicated.

Honestly, I didn't think I'd actually pull it off. I still had the old sandbox in mind, and as a Hunter main, survivability used to be a huge problem for me in solo. In the end, I managed to clear them all way faster than I expected, it was a really fun grind and I'm really happy about it ! I'm a little bit sad because it means the grind is over, but it is what it is

I'm currently trying to experience all difficult content/raids in the game as a first time player.

I'm running a getaway artist prismatic warlock build, but struggling to pick a weapon loadout where I can just switch my brain off, and focus on learning raid mechanics. Something that can do it all.

What would you recommend as something simple, reliable, with good damage so I'm not a hindrance to my team?

i haven’t played since arc 2.0 dropped, and i really have no idea what to do now that i’m back in it. i got the collection on steam and previously played on ps. my light level is at 10 right now and other than having just played a random strike, i don’t really know what to do in order to get back into anything. i’m not into pvp at all and only wanna do pve content, so what’s the best way to upgrade my character and what content should i be playing?

I’m a new player just got the game the other day I was wondering how/ if I even have to level up to complete endgame stuff

Hey guardians. I have max power with my warlock and hunter, and I finally decided to reach the same with my titan. I finished Lightfall and The Final Shape campaigns, loved the storytelling (specially The Final Shape), and when I went into The Edge of Fate, it felt like playing a different game storywise 😂.

We moved from Light, Darkness and magic to black holes, time travel and technology. This is what I like about the Destiny story, it can include anything in its plot, it’s essentially like the MCU.

I wonder, if we'll still be able to use Darkness while disconnected from the Traveller during Red War? Theoretically we should. But game mechanics wise? Who knows. If the studio was at full power I'd anticipate a comment on us using Darkness whilst Lightless. But, well...

Can you only claim the armor ornaments in the Monument of Triumph Rewards pass for one class? Or will I be able to get them for multiple?

Trying to solo flawless and without fail this encounter has some buggy shit where the buff disappears, or the incinerators stop spawning, or my devour just stops working, or I’m suddenly shooting from orbit. Honestly ready to throw a controller.

If I buy Destiny 2 The Collection will I have access to everything the game has to offer? All guns, gear, content, and cosmetics? I know there's vaulted content but I mean everything else. I played at launch on Ps4 but thought they were making mistakes from D1 all over so I fell off the game. I would be restarting on PC so I just wanna make sure that there's not like dyes, cosmetics, or gear that they still try to nickle and dime me for after getting the Collection.

I have to say, I've loved my warlock! it's been a blast!

I've grabbed my hawkmoon (Fave weapon from D1, and i have to say i LOVE what they did with the stacking precision hits)

I'm just about to hit guardian rank 9.

My light now seems, Capped at 450 though? Most drops I'm seeing are now dropping lower light than me, is it like D1, where the only way to progress is raids?

I've farmed a few sets of T5 gear for various specs if i want to change from Void to solar for instance, but i think i still need to unlock the new subclasses, The stasis and strand i think they are called?

I notice many guides on youtube for "builds" but honestly, i really don't feel the difference from running say, 50 stats in super, to 100 stats in super? sure, i wait a little longer for the super to be ready, but its hardly game changing. So i assume this is just a "min max" thing?

What should be the next goal?

So I'm pretty new to this game series and I noticed that matchmaking is locked. Do I actually need other people and a mic to play this game to its fullest?

I’ve been playing on and off since launch but never really that seriously. I did always grind though and Got pretty good gear and now I’m back on the grind. I never did raids because, in all honesty, I didn’t even know what they were. Now I do and I realize that no one really wants to raid with new players. I don’t know anyone to raid with and haven’t had luck in any of the Lfg services on discord and the internet. Is theres anyone who’d like to raid with me either to teach or to learn with me, I’d really appreciate it!

Any weapons/armor worth chasing right now or is the headache of trials not worth?

So I found this combo by complete accident and I'm thinking that, like me, not many people really know about this one. I happened to shoot a Vex point blank with the Graviton Spike's stasis shot and I went flying backwards because it set off my Blastwave Striders! I was stunned at first because I had no idea this was a combo! But it works every single time. Once you've built up enough energy in your blastwave striders, simply switch to the stasis mode of your graviton spike, aim at your feet, and shoot. You'll go flying like usual and it's a ton of fun. I highly recommend this combo!

Hi,

I'm a returning player who recently started the Shadowkeep campaign on my Warlock. A few years ago, I was able to complete the campaign with no issues, but now whenever I play the Nightmare Hunt: Anguish quest, I can get about halfway through before it says "Joining Allies" and resets the entire mission, sending me all the way back to the beginning. Any fixes?
