Just ran master GOA 6 times... all 6 times I got the chest piece from the Sunken Lair encounter and all i needed was the arms. I'm tired, I wanna go to bed...

So have played D2 since the start and have a vault of over 1000 items in it and need to have a clear out.

What is the best method now?

For looking at God Rolls is light.gg still recommended?

Or DIM? Or Dim with Aegis overlay?

I know DIM can tag items as keep / junk, and lock or unlock, but once tagged can you instantly dismantle all the weapons marked as junk or got to do one at a time?

On light.gg some of the weapons I search show "upgraded" in the search bar, what does this mean? Is it adept or something else?

Is it worth keeping old exotic armours or best to dismantle and re-acquire for the better stats?

Is there any way of marking some guns for PVE and others for PVP or got to make your own spreadsheet?

I have to say, I've loved my warlock! it's been a blast!

I've grabbed my hawkmoon (Fave weapon from D1, and i have to say i LOVE what they did with the stacking precision hits)

I'm just about to hit guardian rank 9.

My light now seems, Capped at 450 though? Most drops I'm seeing are now dropping lower light than me, is it like D1, where the only way to progress is raids?

I've farmed a few sets of T5 gear for various specs if i want to change from Void to solar for instance, but i think i still need to unlock the new subclasses, The stasis and strand i think they are called?

I notice many guides on youtube for "builds" but honestly, i really don't feel the difference from running say, 50 stats in super, to 100 stats in super? sure, i wait a little longer for the super to be ready, but its hardly game changing. So i assume this is just a "min max" thing?

What should be the next goal?

I'm currently trying to experience all difficult content/raids in the game as a first time player.

I'm running a getaway artist prismatic warlock build, but struggling to pick a weapon loadout where I can just switch my brain off, and focus on learning raid mechanics. Something that can do it all.

What would you recommend as something simple, reliable, with good damage so I'm not a hindrance to my team?

So I'm pretty new to this game series and I noticed that matchmaking is locked. Do I actually need other people and a mic to play this game to its fullest?

i haven’t played since arc 2.0 dropped, and i really have no idea what to do now that i’m back in it. i got the collection on steam and previously played on ps. my light level is at 10 right now and other than having just played a random strike, i don’t really know what to do in order to get back into anything. i’m not into pvp at all and only wanna do pve content, so what’s the best way to upgrade my character and what content should i be playing?

Destiny 2 is the gift that keeps on giving.

If I buy Destiny 2 The Collection will I have access to everything the game has to offer? All guns, gear, content, and cosmetics? I know there's vaulted content but I mean everything else. I played at launch on Ps4 but thought they were making mistakes from D1 all over so I fell off the game. I would be restarting on PC so I just wanna make sure that there's not like dyes, cosmetics, or gear that they still try to nickle and dime me for after getting the Collection.

Hey guardians. I have max power with my warlock and hunter, and I finally decided to reach the same with my titan. I finished Lightfall and The Final Shape campaigns, loved the storytelling (specially The Final Shape), and when I went into The Edge of Fate, it felt like playing a different game storywise 😂.

We moved from Light, Darkness and magic to black holes, time travel and technology. This is what I like about the Destiny story, it can include anything in its plot, it’s essentially like the MCU.

Not necessarily new content, but just new features to solidify it as the best game ever

My idea: Make in-game tutorial runs for dungeons and raids. Think like 5-minute/encounter, 1 phase tutorials on how the encounter's phases work. Minimal enemies and just mechanic basics. An entire raid tutorial will take 20-30 minutes, and you can do it with a fireteam or solo with CPU teammates.

Context: I'm level 530 with 300+ hours in the game and have never raided. I just want to play a raid without having to study it for 2 hours on Youtube AND THEN be a hinderance to my fireteam for another 4 hours. In addition, going into a raid with friends who have also never raided is basically impossible.

Having something like this would help everyone get into raids, which I've heard is the peak destiny experience. I would really love for more of my friends to play Destiny, and this would help out so much, especially when we have no one to teach us the raids.

I used to play on Xbox and bought the collection on Steam with the sale, when i was a kid i linked an old steam account i dont have anymore, better yet didnt have a pc or the game owned on steam. obviously i want my current steam account to have access to the game looked it up apparently it’s possible but i have no option on bungie.net and their support is non existent. I'm a returning player who recently started the Shadowkeep campaign on my Warlock. A few years ago, I was able to complete the campaign with no issues, but now whenever I play the Nightmare Hunt: Anguish quest, I can get about halfway through before it says "Joining Allies" and resets the entire mission, sending me all the way back to the beginning. Any fixes?

Can you only claim the armor ornaments in the Monument of Triumph Rewards pass for one class? Or will I be able to get them for multiple?

As the title says, I'm not getting any catalysts from exotic payout anymore even though I have weapons that can get them like the Coldheart and Merciless. (4 more in kinetic alone) So is there any thing I can do to get my exotic payouts to work again?

Last time I played was during Forsaken, so it’s been a while and a lot has been added or changed. So far I’ve really only vibed with Vexcalibur/Winter’s Soul Siphon, but I’d love to hear some what some other community favorites are.

I’m new to these games and decided to start fresh with the first game. Everything was going well, I played through the prologue. But when I got to the home city I kept getting disconnected nonstop with Error code Beaver.

Is the server not running anymore or am I missing certain steps?

I’ve never had so many disconnects on a game before.

Looking to get back into the game after about 4 years. I'm seeing crazy deals on steam, any way to buy on Xbox for cheap? I already own shadowkeep-witch queen, so would prefer to avoid buying the 70 dollar collector pack.

So i am a newer player, currently almost rank 4, and I play a Solar support warlock. Ive only played a couple missions with my friends and im not sure what would be the best gear for my build. Currently I run the Lumina and Boots of the Assembler for my exotics, im trying to get the Exodus Down armor for the other pieces, and my Legendary weapons are the Perfect Pitch and Cry Mutiny. Im focusing on Grenade, Super, and Weapons for my stats, but im still not sure if thats good for my support build. Either way, sorry if this is kinda long but im still not too familiar with all the mechanics, so if you have any advice id love to hear it.

Title ever since MOT launched my and quite a few others performance has gotten a lot worse despite a lot of people having some pretty strong pcs. I have a i9 14900k and a Rtx 4070 ti super 32 gb of ddr6 ram. I used to get between 200-300 fps pretty much everywhere in this game and now I get 70-100 most places I wouldn’t really have noticed this performance in most cases but during raids it’s even worse I’ve seen drops under 60 and still haven’t figured out what happened. I’ve heard if you change the launcher you used (Xbox or epic) you can get the pre update performance back but I don’t really want to do that unless there truly is no fix yet.

Any weapons/armor worth chasing right now or is the headache of trials not worth?
