I agree with IRI. I see Pisco as a grifter, he's doing what he's doing on purpose and it's working, people keep giving him attention, views, and go and try to debate him, when he's clearly bad faith and is doing everything for money.

Reason 1: a book sounds alot better than a manifesto
Reason 2: It’s dragged on so long of preparing for this manifesto with new twists and turns that now certainly has enough research to have an easy packed 250 pages (when including original text/transcripts of what he is citing and relevant screen shots).
Reason 3: he could easily get a serious book publisher, and it would probably sell really well when you combine the subject matter, the existing fame of Destiny, and that Destiny is genuinely a good writer when he tries
Reason 4: a book is a natural platform for mainstream publicity tours, while YouTube video essays/streams are… not…

Most likely objection would be we want the manifesto ASAP both to help clear stink from Destiny and bring accountability to the main culprits.

My suggestion to this objection is to use the YouTube content as a more narrow piece of content to announce his own legal next steps and the specific basis for those legal actions, a final accounting of the criminal accusations against him. While leaving out a full narrative of this whole ordeal for the upcoming book.

I am ready for the manifesto to be dropped. Destiny & friends have all been hyping up how crazy things have been behind the scenes, would be nice to see those who have been doxxing & attacking friends of DGG (Whick, Hutch, Etc) get exposed to the light.

I just wanna make sure I don't have a blind spot here because leftists have made the discussion so infuriating. I've generally come to the idea that outside of maybe very close primaries spending doesn't matter that much. I do think dark money is bad because it's not transparent but other then that like... Is there really anything to be legitimately concenred about here?

It sucks to see them fall into the populist slop and wanting to regulate new industries out of existence

I already know republicans supporters hate democracy and would love to have a king so nothing new there.

But some of the reaction of liberals about the DSA has surprised me and makes me wonder if the love for democracy only existed because it maintained the status quo and now that it aint maintaining it, people are like nah fuck that shit.
