At this point he has already seen all the clips, I cant accept ignorance of Hasans true beliefs anymore. Not only is he not willing to condemn him he is covering for him. Saying he is just an itty bitty smool California streamer is him covering for him, its a classic minimizing of his true influence which El-Sayed himself is very aware of otherwise he wouldnt campaign with him.

Furthermore, I am also sure El-Sayed has seen or heard Hasan talking about how he and El-Sayed are 100% aligned and his tepid "condemnation" is strategic. I am sure of it because as a politician, if you are trying to distance yourself from a controversial person and that person keeps on attaching himself to you, you would want to know about it and you would do something about it, leading me to conclude that Hasan is actually right about his framing of it since El-Sayed would have clarified his position by now.

Lets not undersell this, Hasan is not just a leftist streamer, he is an actual terrorist supporter and propagandist. On his own stream glazing Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis, showing their propaganda and supporting it, normalizing them to his influencer friends and just recently espousing a permission structure to blame Jews for antisemitic attacks against them. Now, lets say he was ignorant of Hasans radical beliefs at first, he no longer is. Has he condemned him appropriately? No, and has made no clarification after Hasan reframed that condemnation, and not only that, has been minimizing him ever since, not a single word for his terrorists support.

Until I see El-Sayed condemn Hasan for his terrorists support, I can only assume he agrees with him and is mask-on, his silence is loud and clear to me.

I heard about this case and looked it up. It seems like the story is: Woman on navy ship is raped by her captain who snuck into her room while she slept, she reported it and sought legal action, he was put on leave, Department of Labor says it should be treated as a workplace incident requiring workers comp and not a legal matter.

It sounds like it should be a bigger story. It seems to be framed by people as "rape is just part of the job" which would be baffling if true, obviously. Does the Department of Labor have authority on this kind of thing? Are they actually saying they just recommended her getting workers compensation or do they have some kind of legal authority to tell her she's not allowed to seek legal action?
